Hey! Nice colour scheme~

10 div suggestions:
1. 5-way to lvl 97

2. Frostbite lvl 21 with 0 quality is better - quality only increases the duration

3. Get Shaper ring with higher rolls for increased spell damage e.g.:

4. DD with Ele Weakness/Frostbite

5. You can get 4 sockets on your boots using benchcraft.
a. This will allow you to fit in molten shell (self-cast). If you want a CWDT set-up you will need to give up faster attacks or arcanist brand.
b. Either that or you can add culling strike.

6. Try activating the crucible tree on your shield and hope for good nodes reveal

7. Enchant your weapon for Area of Effect or Elemental Damage. See the images for 5min 23sec of this video: https://youtu.be/mrKqn_Dk2U4?t=323. You can further increase the quality using Jun but that will not be the best use of a 10d budget.

8. Get divergent bonechill. You can get a non-lvl 20 one and level it during your 5-ways.

If I had more budget, I would upgrade the shield for more spell damage and replace the amulet with one that allows for increased effect of non-damaging ailments. Depending on market availability (since it is 6+ weeks into the league), you might be able to get an upgrade for cheap. If you catalyst your elder ring for more resistances, it will relief resist pressure on your amulet/shield (you have a lot of excess cold resist anyway).
