Improvements to Item Drops

Think that is not enough. It is nothing dropping, so 25% of 0.1 still makes no full chaos.
Someone earlier in this thread said something about doing the same nerf and buff to my paycheck and now i'm still sad :(

It's called anchoring. They took away 90% of the loot, give us back 25% from THAT state, resulting in a nerf of 87%, and you thank them lol!

That's exactly what they want, for you to think they are the good guys, "giving" you something back.

Why would players spend >30 seconds killing an Archnemesis monster when they'll get quadruple the loot in Heist/Expedition. And stratifying players into builds capable of killing Archnemesis monsters defeats the purpose of ARPGs, no?

You increased the drop rate of unique items by 33% when >95% of unique items are vendor trash; and the increase rarity to map bosses does what when the bonuses to item quantity are decimated? This seems like it'll do almost nothing.

If item quantity has still be substantially lowered, is 25% of the current quantity not a pittance of what we previously had? What's 25% compared to how much percentage we actually lost with these changes?

Harvest Craft Cost Reduction


Weighting on targeted crafts are exponentially lowered, making Harvest one of the biggest slot machines in the game. The Harvest craft reduction will not stop players from picking other content that guarantees loot.

Again, why would players bother attempting to craft their item(s) when Heist can drop them enough currency to simply purchase it? Why not just play Expedition and use the trade website more than Harvest itself?

Crafting used to be [generally] deterministic, with hints of gambling here and there to add some flavor. Now it's just pulling the slot and hoping you get something; but even when you do, you've removed crafts like suffixes/prefixes.

So, who cares in the end anyway?

This is the first time in my seven years of playing this game that I contacted your support team to refund a supporter pack. And it's not even primarily about these changes, but about the complete lack of communication.

I've spent so much money on this game because I trusted the company and their vision. But man, do all these manifestos and changes feel like such PR garbage. Genuinely feels like you don't have my best interests in mind anymore.

Hard disagree, they overly nerf, see our complaints, do not actually hear what we are complaining about, fix tiny little things that don't actually cover the root problem and after massively nerfing loot they give us a tiny percent back because remind that even a 50% loot loss which is THE KINDEST estimate by those doing math while a 90%+ loot loss according to Empy Magic Find group aka the people who would have the most loot out of anyone, cannot remotely be treated by a 25% buff. loot drop rate is still gonna be visually lesser compared to last leagues, harvest is still bad, most of unique items is only good for starting your character but not good in end game(bring back some of harvest craft), tainted currency is already rare why nerf in the first place.

this patch is not enough but better than nothing, we will see how the league progress after the patch was deployed (not gonna expect too much).
