32:9 ultra wide support gone!

Bump

Please fix this, literally no one was complaining about 32:9 being bugged or a problem before your "fix".

I feel a bit cheated out of my money as a long time player and supporter of the game and GGG itself.

In other news, I just bought Last Epoch. 10 years in and GGG finally chased me away from this game.

Well, time for break from PoE until this is fixed / reverted

people filed bug reports that the game didn't work in ultra wide. if you clicked outside the activation radius you char wouldn't move and hits youtside the radius wouldn't register either.

and you couldn't see where the activation radius ended.



ultrawide was just nice to look at and gave a nice little advantage of being able to see more content horizontally (the vertical content you see is fixed for all resolutions).

it's better they fix it instead of leaving it bugged like this for another 10 years.

That's not a bug, and it still happens even with 21:9, which is still allowed. It's LITERALLY how they chose to balance ultrawide resolutions. It's almost as if you don't know what you're talking about.

Search on reddit and you'll see many reddit threads about this and proposed changes to make it more intuitive, for example https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/oj0lh5/this_is_intended_skills_not_activating_if_mouse/

Just bought Last Epoch, not that I am never gonna play PoE ever again, but the game in the current state is just not as enjoyable as it used to be.

2560×1080 is not 16:9 (for 2560px width it needed a height of 1440px)

the youtube guy demonstrating the game not working at 2560×1080 is showing exactly the problem of the game not working in ultrawide mode cause he moves the mouse outside the activation radius.
