[3.19] Boneshatter Jugg - Cheap to start with room to grow. Fast mapping/Endgame boss videos

Even if they nerf it a bit - it should still be pretty fun/viable because it can deal massive amounts of damage
Looks like this build should survive in 3.17, go forth and slaughter!!
3.17 Balance Changes

  • For local added Physical Damage, the tier 1 modifier now provides values of 34-47 to 72-84 on two-handed Weapons (previously 32-43 to 66-78), and 22-29 to 45-52 on one-handed Weapons (previously 20-27 to 41-49).
  • Tier 2 local added Physical Damage has been increased by roughly 8%, with tier 3 being increased by roughly 10%.
  • Change Hydrosphere to have a one second cooldown before it can be hit again. This maintains the ailment mechanic on Hydrosphere to still allow for some special skill interactions but is no longer such a significant single target damage multiplier for so many skills.
  • Make Marks permanent so they only require a single cast for boss encounters. Add a new support gem that lets attacks trigger marks on hitting Rare and Unique targets.
  • Fortification generation now ignores the target's damage reduction.

Basically drop Melee Splash and Hydrosphere. This build never depended on cheesing that mechanic, I had just added it towards the end of 3.16 as a nice occasional DPS up through CWDT. Melee Splash you can still use mapping I guess, but dunno if worth it.

I also imagine it's gonna suck to pre-load Rage through Hydrosphere now...

So Awakened Melee Physical Damage Support and Ice Golem instead? Would that make sense?

Yes, Melee Phys.

Golems are squishy, keeping them up sux and I can never tell the difference between having one or not.

Personally, I would probably add Maim to my Leap Slam or Totems, which I had dropped.

I see you have Maim, but don't have Enduring Cry or any Bleed Immunity that I can see. How's that working out for you?

In your case add Enduring. It's auto-cast with your movement bind and you already have Call to Arms.

Did you drop it for Empower? I bet you that you can't tell the difference between having that Empower or not, but you can tell when Enduring heals you as you move.

Well, to be honest - i could use bleed immunity. But it's not a showstopper for sure.
I haven't been using Empower much. I replace Awakened Ancestral Call with Awakened Physical Melee Damage for tough bosses.
I will surely consider Enduring Cry now that you suggested it :)

Thanks
Hey,

can you show us the swaps you used in 3.16 (counting the showcase gear for 3.16) for bossing/mapping/different form of engagement?

Thank you

Hi,

Gem swaps are listed under the PoB section. I renamed the section so it's clearer where they are.

Hopefully this hasn't been asked or answered before (couldn't find it):

SSF SC Standard, I'm looking for a melee build to compliment my skele mages (want faster map clear). Is this build at all viable in SSF?

Currently got my eyes on this and LS.

Thx in advance!
hello, at the start of the league, the jewels of the POB are expensive, at what point should we have them as an objective?
