No, and judging by this question I'm going to assume you are new to the game.

Fixing your resistances is a personal balancing act beyond the scope of a guide and on you to figure out. You need to learn to acquire the appropriate gear and allocate the right nodes on the skill tree to make sure you are capped.

This will apply to any build guide you choose, especially when it comes to Rare items which can vary wildly in the stats/rolls they can have.

Is there a reason why you're using only lvl 10 Blood Rage? I might have missed it in the answers somewhere, sorry...
I will be trying lvl 21 today paired with a lvl 4 Empower. It should give a nice attack speed increase

I now have 48,25,43 resist.

Have just discovered that I have not been using aura at all.

I use determination and pride. that takes up 88% of the mana for reservation. I have enough left to use boneshatter.

In what kind of situation do I use the various aura?

I've played a bit with amulet anointments and it seems that Twin Terror provides the best DPS. There's a slight max life loss. Disciple of the unyielding too gives better DPS than Tenacity.

I switch gear around a lot and my Dex can drop to where I can't support a high lvl BR.

You aren't testing a bunch of stuff, so run the highest lvl you can.

I generate 0 rage ? I have the cwdt + warlord mark but it do not regen my rage, i don't even have the bar activated any tips ?

Looks like you dismantled your toon.

Either way, you most likely don't have the 40 Mana required to cast Warlord's at gem lvl 1. Mouse over the skill to see how much mana it requires. I recommend around 80 Mana with all Reservations active.

At quick glance:

1) No instant recovery life flask. Try using a "Seething"
2) We're immune to Freeze (Unstoppable), get a Shock flask instead
3) Fuel The Fight Cluster means you don't need a Mana Flask or Spirit Void
4) You have Hydrosphere but no Melee Splash and without that Hydrosphere does nothing
5) We scale Phys damage, so all that Jewelry with Cold/Lightning pretty much does nothing to increase DPS
