What was broken before, is still broken.

For players with high end gear, the only difference is that it takes 3-5 seconds to kill a map boss, instead of 1-2. Map clear remains the same. For casual players, it means being stuck in white maps for a lot longer then before.

You cannot kill the bosses now at all, cuz they being more hi lvl than spactres - be erazing spectres like in oneshot. Fin.

Actually, after GGG refusing to revert lvl changes — this is no go league for spectre lovers, so suggesting to skip it at all.

Too much impactful changes.
Thanks, Chris.

To play disabled version? ;)
No, thanks.

Its only theoretical now.
And how can you fight multiple bosses in new lewgue with that disabled spectre gem?

Wait until actual league start and see.
Its veryvery soon already.

Same as any other skill: Dont get hit and you are fine ;)
On a more serious note, you can get around the dps loss and make up for it partially. But the dmg still wont be what you are used to most likely.

Nah its not that bad unless you wanted to go for squishy spectres like slave drivers. Those are dead when it comes to endgame I think.
But there are plenty spectres available that dont care about the health nerf at all.

Also, there is at least one method to heal minions reliably and quite substantially (as in 40% life recovery on demand), but tbh its more on the meme side of things. Could still work tho.
Soon you can try and see.

Im not jumping into this broken mess this time.
Its obvious now for me, there will be no fun at spectre play.
I might do that at some point.

For now Elementalist is just looking too sexy I cant ignore that xD
So gotta give that a try first
As stated in this thread, the following happened:

- Tier 2 or lesser spectres are not taken anymore (one could have FUN, spelled F U N) with some spectres but it's now entirely not viable to take non-T1-spectres.

- Most people are playing golems now (52% golems vs. 21% spectres, source: ninja) which contributes to the fact that golems have far better QoL, quantity and damage.

- Spectres are now desperatly in need of gem levels (e.g. helmets) so that they are at least comparable to golems.

Conclusion:

You took the F U N out of the gem, you made them far less competitive, you achieved nothing in the meta apart from angrying spectres players.

Thanks for your outstanding contribution in this league for the Raise Spectre gem. Oh, and of course thanks to your Balance team, doing outstanding work.
