0.9.9 Information

Frozen is the status inflicted by critical cold damage, just like Burning is inflicted by critical fire damage and Shocked is inflicted by critical lightning damage. There are of course gems that can inflict these statuses without requiring a critical hit.
Chilled is like Stunned in that it can be inflicted by large instances of cold (physical for stun) damage proportional to the victim's maximum life.

Puny nitpick here, but...

Physical causes stun.
Lightning causes shock.

Thanks for the correction! For some reason I confuse stun and shock -- probably because in other games, lightning can stun. It's...stunning stuff. Anyway, that's not a nitpick, that's an out-and-out correction and a well-made one at that. :)

Lord Dash: Wipe means characters get deleted, all items (other than the cosmetic ones bought from the cash shop) will also be deleted.

This may mean being moved to another league, but it is really a wipe, given that people typically like to be on default rather than legacy.

That's what wipe means. They happen when the game changes so much that makes 'starting over' a good idea for everyone. Usually it's because the passive skills change.
