Will Harvest Become Core Path of Exile Content?

ok so i see your point kinda makes sense.. yet the already 1% mirror services players that had a shit load of currency to gamble with to do mirror tiers btw well deserved,, since u already have the currency to do god tier craft,, yet again those ppl are heavy grinders... for the 1st time crafting wasn't all about gamble and hoping rng hits the rolls u want and game is very helpful to sustain yourself in ssf or in any version, and making ppl learn and love to craft their gear ... to be able to craft yourself after trying a few time instead of grinding endless and trying to accumulate currency to buy the top end game gear u want ...so from what i'm seeing more mirror items to the ((heavy grinders)) and if u miss it u dont get it.... thats is total... and no sry not going core ...
that's even ....
Fyi GGG the only ones complaining about harvest going core are those 1% mirror services players that are already already alreadyyyyyy swimming in mirrors... so you alienated 99% of the players for the benefit of the 1% ...
quoting Einhar :stupid Beast ?!?!
quoting Zana : still sane ggg ?!?!

And if the 99% are smart, they would hold on to their wallet and show it to GGG. I was going to buy the Angel wings so I can combine with the demon wings I got, and some more stash tab. I'm glad they posted their intents, now I can save money just go freebie. Let's those streamers and 1% carry GGG.
It's a shame that SSF will be terrible once again. It was SUPER fun to actually make your build and craft it YOURSELF. Now it's once again just playing with "luck" and hope for a good drop once in 300h.

Meh.

Just make seed crafts droppable from monsters. Then a player could just right click on them to use the dropped modifier on an item. + you will be able to make another cash grab stash tab for it - win win.

Harvest in SSF, no Harvest in trade.

Two birds, one stone.

You can always experiment and put it only for SSF and make harvest crafted items non-tradeable later on if a player chooses to go to trade league with his character.

Crafting finally felt something less than hopeless. Of course they're going to take it away.

People will be very pissed off if this useful and edifying crafting mechanic just vanishes. GGG has to do something to mitigate that. Here's a posible solution. I don't know what the backend or implementation of this would look like, just putting it out there.

Targeted currencies (Oshabi-influenced alch/chaos/divine/annul/exalt) may be the way to go. Perhaps these could be dropped from set-piece Harvest encounters that function sort of like Vaal side areas do now, and these areas may be spawned on demand by players by using map device, scarab, or fragment. These currencies and fragments may then be searched for and traded in the ordinary PoE trade system.

Also, if something like this is done, update existing stash tabs to accommodate the new currency items. There is plenty of empty space available for doing so. DO NOT ask players to buy any more league-specific tabs. That was ridiculous.

Thoughts?

Really happy with this decision, this was my first proper league and I finished all most all end game 3 weeks in. I played a week of metamoprh and maybe a few days of another league didn't like this game at first and 2/3rds of last league. Last league I would get excited at rare drops and so on, this league i didn't id anything without an influence. This took away alot of the fun for me and maps felt like me rushing to end and progress rather than me looking at what i could drop.

To the people complaining that they are casual and not earning enough to afford items required for late game, this is really weird to me as a casual who killed most end game bosses last league and managing 20/20 wave on less than 20 exalts. I kept one league starter build and kept slowly understanding my building and making it better myself. There are casuals who farm end game bosses in solo self found most leagues. This game isn't difficult enough for you to need top tier items for end game.

Furthermore, i made it to level 95 with over 200 exalts made in first month and 1/2 of league. I did this by taking a few hours and reading/watching information about the mechanics of this game, most end game bosses have very specific attacks which can be easily dodged. Not flexing just getting annoyed at people who are casuals getting annoyed that they have to spend time learning and understanding the game rather than plant seeds get a specific mod and now you have op items. Really happy ggg didn't cave to the pressure as a lot of games have and made their game really easy with low replay-ability values.

My name is Usain Bolt, I can run 100m in 9.58s, why can't you?, it's just a bit of training, anyone can do it, I can't understand all these losers saying they can't do it, if I can do it, anyone can.

GTFO of here with that elitist shite.

Totally in agreement. 200EX?? I'm freakig lucky I found 4 exalts this league and that's it, I'm a new player and played 2-5 hrs a day and still on aw4. The game is complex and the slightly deterministic craft introduced in Harvest helped me at least buy some better stuff. In delirium i barely reached aw2.
Not everybody can play 8 hrs a week, and I think it's the wide majority. This game needs a form of deterministic craft, at least to help beginners reach red maps. Not to speak of endgame, that probably takes 10+ months of playing league after league for a casual player to optimize their way of play enough to reach it.
Crafting in this game is horrible! Making crafting league was a mistake imo. I would love to see crafting reworked somehow.
fosils, chaoses, anuls, bench lock prefix lock sufix, beast craft, and so much more is enough GGG.
some weird and original craft added as a league reward to make some build defining stuff for that specific league is fine but there is enough core craft content.
time to wrok on something else and leave the things that already work as they are.
i wish you all success
