Key stroke multiplying like in that video is definitely not allowed just to be clear.

The problem is that it also isn't really detectable on the client unless you implement some kind of spyware and then you will read threads like:"GGG spies my porn"

GGG could detect it from the server but it still could be somebody is moving those characters by hand via an advanced keyboard which got alt tab as short cut.

Maybe I should register names for those leagues already and keep them public, since the names. will be something that will get you perm banned on the botterboard.

Something like "Code Stealing + Sebastian + Swimming Pool = Karma Leauge" sounds harmless but will prevent trades on the botterboard for certain.

Not really. There are plenty of 'normal' folk around still. But since OB started, most have hid in the background waiting for the shitshow on the forums to subside.

And I don't understand your concerns...since when did you have to buy anything in PoE? I play quite a bit...yes, I do support GGG from time to time. But I have yet to purchase anything that really has changed core gameplay.

Their model is far less of a scam than big name companies that charge you just to play...so can fund their marketing department to aggrandize their next sub par release...

My suggestion: ignore the jackasses, ignore the cheaters, join a clan that suits your play style, and play at your own pace. The game is 100x more fun when you don't read the forums....

Apparently multiboxing isn't against the rules, and GGG is pretty lax and haven't done anything about hacking. Even though is should be common knowledge that hackers infest every online game.

In any case, this game is better suited for solo/cooperative and console. Maybe then the crafting system would be fixed.

pretty sure lots of people will pay for offline version of the game.
but GGG wont do it so meh...

It's the main reason, why i play aRPGs only Selffound. You shouldnt try to compete with exploiters and cheaters, because the only way to do that, is by cheating and abusing yourself.
It's just what happens in this Genre, so no real surprise.
