Are you dumb? For the vast majority of players, everything is worthless at the end of a league. I delete every standard character because standard is garbage. People are mad because GGG SPECIFICALLY stated it wasn't going to get nerfd, and to enjoy it while it lasts. So, a lot of people spent a lot of currency making these builds. Hell, even I wasn't going to invest in it until Bex said that, since I knew it was going to get nerfd. I even thought they would nerf it mid-league UNTIL Bex said not to worry. So, against my better judgement I went ahead with the build.

Am I dumb, no, it just so happens that my enjoyment of the game exists throughout and outside of the finite time window of a league, if you want to scoff at that, be my guest. That said I can also call you a pathetic tryhard who invested in something that was clearly an exploit and was going to clearly get nerfed no matter what they said. are you serious? who cares if this mechanic would not survive past this league?
and yes, If the build had bored me after a few days, I could resell the items without losing currency, but now they're just not worth anything.

To be fair, I'm not even running whatever fortify shenanigans that makes you immortal. The least you could do is see where I and everyone else is coming from. Clearly, we all knew it was eventually going to get axed, but to reassure those of us who were holding off to enjoy it this league, well that's just unfair and poor business acumen.

Meanwhile players like myself will continue on the struggle bus, not even fathoming ever acquiring the currency needed to build something like that in the first place. I've probably accumulated around 10-15 exalts and somehow my characters feel worse after investing in them. So I have no currency and my builds still feel like dirt. I am indeed sad because bad :(

I was in complete agreement with what the GGG said, this build will be nerfed at the end of the season.
AND OF THE SEASON, not after 2 days.
I avoid commenting on the financial part because it's a waste of time.
