Don't spawn conquerors
Not sure if i can confirm. Influence "ticked" forward in a t5 Basilica, a map wich i had run as t16 several times.

31 watchstones, every single one of them socketed, chain running maps, have done over 50, probably close to 100 maps in the area I need.
Interesting to note is that I procced Veritania in another region after trying all the methods people have mentioned, but she won't show up again to progress her influence. Seriously annoyed by this, we need a fix asap after new years. |

After running 40+ maps in the influenced area I ran 3 white maps and it spawned on the 3rd one.

finally after following this method, I could spawn Sirus, but do not know why, as I did not fought the elderslayers? I have changed my hideout again and run all maps in the zone, he was hiding in a t2 map....

I haven't managed to fix the odd streaks but I have managed to improve my spawning of Conquerors simply by not finishing maps and just running them to look for taunts.
Probably not intended but definitely the fastest way to do this as it seems you only have to kill a few dozen mobs in a map to actually check it, not finish it. so are they ever going to fix or even address this core gameplay problem. I haven't seen a conqueror in a week. stuck in yellow tiers. I can't get anymore conquerors to spawn. I guess the crew is really enjoying their holiday vacation while core gameplay mechanics is virtually non existent. If their main focus is on poe2 development then they need to state this so we can curb our expectations for league content.

I've gathered 4 more stones since yesterday. What let to success for me was running the low-tier maps (1-5) of the influenced regions. I have no idea whatsoever, why white maps seem to work, but red maps apparently don't. (In the first two regions i tried to run red maps too, but without any success. In the other two regions i didn't even bother with reds anymore, but ran my white maps as soon as the influence appeared and got the conquerors to spawn in less than five minutes.)

" I was stuck at 20 watchstones but the trick with playing lower versions of maps worked for me, and I've got them all now. Every region has maps with 5 different versions (Beach, for example, has T1, T4, T8, T10 and T14 versions), corresponding the amount of watchstones in it (0-4). So, when a conqueror refuses to spawn and the region is locked at 4 watchstones for example, you need to play lower version of maps. It doesn't matter which maps you play from that particular region, just that they belong to different watchstone levels. I usually start with zero watchstones map, I just enter it, kill some mobs and if the conqueror doesn't appear soon, I abandon it and proceed to next watchstone level. In my experience, it's completely random at which level you'll find the missing conqueror. But I never need to play more that 4 maps (watchstones level 0-3). I already know that watchstones level 4 doesn't work. Even with 32 watchstones and awakener level 8, I get stuck more often than not. It's tiresome, but the trick still works. Spamming and partially spamming low level maps got me out of my issues but holy cow is this boring and unrewarding just to spawn Sirius.
Unfortunately the high tier maps are hit and miss and I can't afford to spam them without finishing them in the same way so low tier map spam it is since they seem to keep dropping like candy. For me I'm not sure this "fixes" anything but rather increases the volume of maps that may trigger the boss by magnitudes compared to normal clearing.
