Sirus fight is making me quit POE
he is actually really really easy, even on harder levels. The waiting between phases is annoying though. For some reason i dont have lag issues with the storms, but i know some of you do.
tip: equip 2 life flasks and 2 quicksilvers. Take note where he is looking when he is teleporting. The real sirus is flashing in split phases. He can be hurt even when split. Take note of dialogue: move right after "Die!". Also flame dash is a really good movement skill here. Edit: the walls are a big problem for me tho, cuz bad eye sight. i actually have to increase my screen gamma manually just for this fight. why GG, just why Last edited by GraydingEarJames#5523 on Nov 1, 2020, 6:26:33 PM

It's his "Die" ability that's the problem.
While I'm playing the game in easy mode as an Aurastacker - I spend 99% of the time dashing around and running in circles and let my golems do the job. Not once am I standing still. Even though I'm running in circles while dashing (Shield Charge) he doesn't miss. I was hit by Every Single One in P3. Call me an idiot, but does he have different buffs each fight? |

" Yep, I prefer Dash over Flame Dash only because if you mess up and get hit by the four rotating beams Dash still works just as fast. You don't need lightning reflexes like some people here believe just rotate around the real him and you'll dodge him fine just try and stay close. Its easier with auto-aim skills if this is your first time: Minions, totems, Mines, brands and screen hitting AoE like Toxic Rain. - - - If you really can't learn the fight (or suffer from lag, I know I lag when I try and record this fight) and do the above you can still cheese him through either: a) High DPS (expensive and most likely unobtainable for people struggling with the fight). b) High Defense (moderate price, Max block is the best for this). " Sounds like it either: A) Lag spike before die beam killing you or B) You got hit by the rotating beams first so your moving slower or C) Your really far away from him making your rotations around him "slower" making it more likely to being hit by the die beam if your just spamming it after CD Last edited by magicdownunder#6346 on Nov 1, 2020, 8:27:32 PM

The "Die"-Beam in P3 kind of rotates with u in a narrow angle if u're moving, so the easiest way to dodge it is by being as near as possible to Sirus and as soon as the voiceline is called u just dash behind him. (basically melee range)
If u're running and dashing, u shouldn't get hit by the ability at all, except ur way too far away from him. The difficult part is staying near him when he teleports, but u can kind of see where he goes, just before the teleport he faces in the direction. |

Wts A8 Sirus 15ex

The difficult part is staying near him while the spinning/rotating lazers are active without being hit by them
Sometimes it's just impossible for me to avoid the rotating lazers while also staying close and dodging his DIE when he does it The one single thing that would fix the fight for me is if he didn't use the DIE lazer while this spinning shit that debuffs you big time is active |

This fight still sucks, still getting the issue of not being able to get out the door without taking damage. Audio ques are all over the place. Constant zooming in and out. Movement slowed by invisible forces ect ect.

" Huh? You can literally just sit by a tent off to the side and the clouds will just move out of the way on their own. Also the clouds when you are starting the fight don't even move. Last edited by Furyofwar#4855 on Nov 3, 2020, 3:23:17 AM

" This picture is a great way of showing what not to do. To even get to this point you have to not understand the mechanics of the boss and have already died. |
|
" I disagree. His last phase isn't that bad. Don't make DPSing him down priority when you're new to the fight. An just learn the mechanics of the last phase you literally can just sit in phase 3 for a hour straight dodging all his mechanics. It's a boss similar to Atziri learn how not to get hit first then add in DPS'ing him down and you'll never have issues again. When he teleports you can actually see which direction he goes to. When he splits into a circle of clones you can see which one he is. When he splits into 4 you can see which one he is. If at any point you touch the 4 way laser you will die.. and if you are having issues don't even try to DPS him during this phase just focus on learning how to keep vison on the boss and it'll help. If you're dying to clouds activate the push back and then just sit on the bottom of screen by the tent or off to the left side I've never seen a cloud go near entrance once and I farm him non stop.
