Sirus fight is making me quit POE

This fight is just a failure. Far and away the worst boss fight GGG has ever released. And its among the worst I have EVER encountered in any game.

The camera angle changes are unpleasant, and has an effect of making me feel like I'm moving in mud.

Ground effects being essentially insta death. In a game where you are increasingly adding more and more lingering effects that obscure the ground, is piss poor design, and never should have made it to release.

The "fight" itself does not feel like it even belongs to this game. Focus on building your char to kill stuff, and make a fight that is 75% not using any skills, just running around trying not to get instapopped. Pretty much the antithesis of fun.

Oh, he went untargetable (garbage mechanic) again, off screen(being able to even be targeted by things I can't see is bad design), now, walk close enough to trigger an attack (because, of course you can't be allowed to do the smart thing and just stay the hell away) and hope the pattern of the attack, and its relative placement by the instasdeathstorms(idiotic design) allows for enough room to dodge the attack. And lets toss a timed instadeath maze mechanic too.

The whole thing needs a rework, its pretty much the definition of complete failure. It does not matter that people have farmed up enough to kill him. It does not change the fight being trash. And this after GGG bragging about boss design.

What's good about it, seriously?
Was it the 3 weeks of bugged phasing shit, or the continued off-screening of big ass laser beams?

Even Atziri is more engaging then he is...

I have a core i7 9700k, a rtx 2070 and 16 gb ram and I die to last phase lasers due to huge frame rate drops when he shoots it.

Any idea what tp tune in the graphic setting to avoid these framerate drops ?

Try changing the networksettings from the main menue in poe. Solved it for me.
I will give my comment to the topic :

The Sirus Fight is: WASTE OF TIME!

And again give us GGG in New Changes : WASTE OF TIME...

No offense, but I'm not exactly sure that, with the level of game experience you have (you've never fought Uber Atziri on any league, and your challenge league record suggests you've just gotten shares/carries for most hard fights) that you're really in quite the position for your opinion on what a "good fight" to have much weight at all.

[Removed by Support] No real challenge, just brief bits of unfair randomness buried after several MINUTES of unskippable, boring, trivial play/waiting. After being used to Uber Elder, this is a HUGE letdown. Again, it's not even really hard; I've been handling him on my own fine from even my first try.

That's enough. I uninstalled game and i returned to diablo 3. I don't know who designed the sirius but i hope you'll live what we live.

26K ES
19800 Armour

%78 (+%53) Fire
%78 (+%51) Cold
%78 (+%47) Lightining
%100 chaos (Immune)

Just one shot

Increased the bosses life %10000000 in next season and nerf everything. OKAY?

I don't want to talk about orbs or uniques but watch the streams (Specially supporting by GGG). They can find 4 headhunters in 1 minute with 10 ancient orb but i spend 200 ancient orb but nothing.

My only complaint after fighting him the first time is that he can off-screen you the instant you enter the arena. I lost my last 3 portals this way. I can't strafe + dash far enough by the time he beams - you don't know the exact direction or distance it's coming from, because he'll launch it before he's in sight, but knowing how far away he is would help in letting us know how quickly we need to react, to which direction etc. I can't dive into the storms because they do the bulk of the damage (not Sirus himself). It feels like a poorly made pigeonhole. Otherwise I felt it wasn't too bad and something you can learn over time.

There are incredibly huge lag spikes when he does meteor (enough for the game not to register you moved out of the circles and warp you back inside) and during last phase death laser. It really makes the fight unplayable.
