Game unplayable since patch 3.9.0e? for Win7 users (FPS issue) STILL A PROBLEM AFTER 3.9.1b :(

Hey all,

After our deploy of patch 3.9.1b, we saw that the problem was fixed for some, but not everyone.
We're aware of the problem and are working on a fix as quickly as we can.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hoping for a quick fix.
Just adding another post onto the list of people having issues.

I've always had issues with memory leaks in PoE, but this league they take the cake. My rig that held ~300 FPS in legion holds about 40 FPS right now.

Hope you can do it, the memory leak was always there but we could play for a couple of hours, at least (even in Blight). The start of Meta was clean but some of the consequents patches broke something. Now, many people (myself included) continue playing 1-3 maps and have to restart the game, over and over again. In Delve, we can play for an hour or two but for the rest of the content...

And forget to play with teammates, it gets worst.

Thanks for the reply, I believe in your words.

Oh, so apparently braking the game and making it unplayable you call an "Inconvenience", just a slight problem, sorry :) Eh... 2 weeks now and it is still not fixed? You should truly refrain from patches during holiday seasons this year.

ALSO, how your mentioned patch should have fixed a terrible memory leak? WHOLE GAME STARTED LEAKING TERRIBLY after 3.9.0e, just a few area changes and RAM is all over the place. I'm not even gonna be talking about metamorph encounter that bump RAM by ~1GB or so.

FIXING ONLY METAMORPHS WON'T HELP. The problem is more general than that. I truly wish you best of luck to revert the game performance wise to pre 3.9.0e. The game was performing so well and when I actually thought "Wow, respect" you managed to f*ck it up so bad that your word "INCONVENIENCE" is completely out of place as well as your memory leak.

GOOD LUCK.
Stupid PoE2 Particle System Patch...

New mute system is another hot garbage.

This is a huge problem for me! I have windows 7, 64 bit, nvidia graphics card.

I thought it was just my machine crapping out as it's an older rig, but didn't realize it was such a wide-spread problem.

Please give us an update or fix GGG.
