Game unplayable since patch 3.9.0e? for Win7 users (FPS issue) STILL A PROBLEM AFTER 3.9.1b :(

I also have many problems this league, can't play when a pack of monsters appears, it's freezing a lot. A blight map isn't playable as well.

I leveled all the way to Act 6 by restarting 24/7, but I can't do it anymore. The beach in Act 6 causes the memory leak in like 10 seconds making it unplayable. Maybe it's the water animation?
Sucks cause I had time to play now, now I'm going back to work. |

I believe I just started encountering this issue also.

36 pages of the same problem, in only 15 days of Meta league...
Guys, we saw this coming: the Betrayal encounters, Legion freezes, blighted maps unplayable. It was inevitable, more content, less optimization. |

" This is my worry as well. I'm at a point where I need a new CPU, so that means new cpu, mobo, ram, and going by all benchmarks, AMD is currently far superior. But then I read on its PoE performance and it's basically a coin toss, it'll either be smooth, or will be a shit puddle so deep you won't get out of all the stutters and fps drops... So now I'm sitting here without a clue on how to proceed lol. |
