You are correct.
I downloaded PoE on my laptop that uses Win 10. It doesn't just drop to low framerates mid game, it starts on a poor resolution and framerate from the login screen, regardless of the graphic settings I have selected.

We are so many having that problem, but still nothing done.

i`m on fresh reinstalled win10 with fresh reinstalled POE cant play the game... Bug still in. Merry fkin` Christmas!

after instaling windows 10 the game became at least somehow playable
but its still far worse perfomance that it was couple of leagues before
even on windows 10
-constant desktop crashes are still there
-memory leak is still there (even tho task manager is showing 3gb memory usage, opera is telling me it doesnt have enough memory to run itself kek)
-gtx 1060 6 gb is loaded on 95% rofl (lowest settings btw)
-encounter with elder slayers on maps literally freezes screen for 5 secs and whole map after that is laggy asf
-you still have to restart client every 2-3 hours, since fps is starting to drop for no reason

So overall windows 10 doesnt fix shit
This whole league is fucking unplayable

Definitely not fixed yet.

Certain things like the passive tree or popping an abyss seem to accelerate the frame drop time.

There's a weird memory leak going on.
I have Win7, never had that problem before, after about an hour of gameplay,
I go to my Task Manager>Performance, My 8GB ram is all used up and the game's
FPS drops drastically.
