Game unplayable since patch 3.9.0e? for Win7 users (FPS issue) STILL A PROBLEM AFTER 3.9.1b :(

Normally i had 50 to 110 fps playing

occur when doing metamorph that have mobs spawning mods(BLACK CIRCLE THINGY, may be related to what causing this problem)
-fps drop then stay low until restart game again
-ram goes full usage when this happens
-lag my browser(maybe because of ram full usage)
-ping also go up to 100~ish average from 50~ish average

Tried out auto-clean ram programs. No luck.
Game is dead for now.
