Masterful form seems weird. What build type is this supposed to be for?
Impact on the otherhand looks geat. Melee classes desperataly need AOE buffs but even 50% is mild AF after 2.6 aoe nerfs. IGN: Arlianth

What the fuck! This is completely imbalanced. This is beyond Elemental Hit levels of broken.
