We view the game very very different thats all. And since im busy lvling my current build to lvl 100 (30% missing) i think its a pure time waste writing arguments in the forum with you where no one will agree on the other ones opinion thats all.

Blood and Sand is a 10% reservation, and the way I'm reading the announcement at least, it's possible you may be in Blood Stance even without the skill, and only need it to switch between them and to get some minor bonuses. My bold:

Okay i got that wrong definately for some reason i have read 25% and im sorry for that it was not intentional. It was late that night. Id prefer it if i dont need to reserve mana at all to make use of new ascendancy skills but lets see how the numbers are on this skill.
So gladiator is a new zerker now? Seems like nobody in sane mind will play it with such an ascendancies..

And zerker now can be gooooooood xD
This is by far the most boring update.

It's true that gladiator was still used (for the block chance) more than slayer and berserker, so maybe it needed less attention... but all you did is add more options, you didn't even shuffle things around interestingly?

The entire 6 nodes starting with painforged are still mandatory for gladiator to be "worth playing".

Honestly I feel like painforged should've been removed entirely or at least taken out of the path for Versatile and Violent. Gladiators don't need it to cap block. Give players the chance to replace it with one of the new nodes instead of making it a completely mandatory node. The only reason to play gladiator is to cap spell block, so this boring rework feels more like a taunt than anything interesting.

I get the feeling you haven't actually played gladiator in ages (or ever? you don't have any in your character list).... It's actually esentially the same as before, not "the new zerker". It was always this bad and diluted. 6 nodes have always been necessary to play gladiator the "right" (max spell block) way. Very frustrating that it was promised a rework and didn't actually get one. Anyone who's tricked into giving up the max spell block life while playing gladiator thanks to these new nodes is going to be very, very sad.

is there rly much difference in a 10% and a 25% tho in practical terms? I think about them in the same way tbh. I can reserve 100%, use enlighten and end up with whatever, 88%? its enough to still attack. So because theyre all 25% or 50% options, if you throw a 10% in there it takes the space of a 25%, i dont have room to fit another 25% in on top of ot, it just means i dont need enlighten. In practice its the same deal really.
What do you guys think about removing the connections 9 and 11?
