"Will a Divination Card Incubator drop a Divination Card based on what area you're in at the time?
When a Divination Card Incubator spawns the card, it does so ignoring whatever map you're in at the time. You get a random card."

Just hope low level cards are removed from drop pool. Can't wait to see melee Ascendancy and nodes changes!

For me the MOST important Question is:

How do you break out Legion monsters with minions/totems/stormbrands/traps?
These skills all work like normal and target the frozen monsters until you have dealt enough damage to them and they are broken out, at which point the skills target the next monsters like they normally would.


This does not explain what happens if a monster reaches 0 hitpoints!

The problem I see is, that Projectile based builds will have a harder time than Skills with AoE (especially big AoE).
If you "Release" a monster and it stays still attackable, it will block all projectiles if yoh are out of "pierce".

For example player A plays Splitarrow and his Shots get blocked in the 1-3rd row and he constantly needs to run around shooting from all angles.

Player B plays Cyclone and smoothly whirls through all aviable monsters.


Can we have a Statement how those monsters will interact with dmg when they reach 0 hitpoints?

Or am I completely off and monsters that Reach 0 HP are instantly released without any timer?
That 2-hander buff tho.. Hype

I'm worried about that timer and it just not ending automatically once you've freed all monsters.
The expectation that people will not be able to break out all monsters "early" into the league means that either the average player will free like 5 monsters out of 100 (if even top end players with dozen of HH stacks won't be able to clear them) or it's just not gonna be true.
If "early" just means the leveling process and the first two days of maps then I don't get it because that's not important anyway.
Does Legion mechanic will have place in Lab or will avoid it just like Delve, Betrayal and synthesis?
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Hello, with monsters technically not dying, on-kill effects like contagion spreading wont apply hence essence build wont be able to do this content? Thanks for info, curious, i always start with ED tricster every league so i am a little worried :) Cheers!
As a person who uses minion a lot, How will minions interact with the league mechanic?
Will I be required to have a secondary backup skill to trigger the enemies within the monolith zone?

Will Winter Orb survive 3.7.0?
It has received balance adjustments to bring its power slightly closer to other skills. The main change being that it fires less frequently when not channelling, though there are other adjustments too.

So basically, you're going to murder it just like what was done to kinetic blast, and BV? Hrmm what's next? Stormbrand? then all spells will suck ass again and you'll have to buff them to meet the new standard set by melee. It's a continuous loop! -_-
