Here's where your "story" is flawed

When you try to login from a different IP on a POE account it will actually lock your account

Then GGG will send a verification code to your email

So none could hack into your account unless they had access to your login info and your email login info.

So either you got hacked via key-logged or through various 3rd party programs

or

You never had any of those items and for some reason think that someone will feel bad for you and give you free shit or that GGG will "give you free currency"

(not the first time I've seen this situation)
