In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

If the production quality is on par with Havocs or Kammels community races, I am all up to this. I don't care if it is invitational, I will watch it any way. Inspires me to push myself harder to try and better my A10 Kitava times.
