Skill Reveals - Soulrend and Bane
ok nice

we need more chaos melee skills
|
|
" BUT...BUT...but thats how they make everything! Its A) nerf the old so the new to shine as "better" or B) make the new just broken so the old isnt prefered. Its pathethic imo, but who am i, right? :) Obviously its too hard to put balance by !little! nerf and add new thing balanced based on similar skill/mech/etc. Maybe they need someone good in Math to help them balance better and not in mid-league or every league. Thats why once again i will read what are the most /new/ meta skills and not gonna fcking play them this league but still find one fun to play. Btw another hiero/occ league? I guess next league we get duelist/marauder buffs finally! Slow down for a minute to enjoy the beauty around us.

can we get more zoom out fov other than custom resolution?

Well i was playing a blight build and just got nerfed with that spreading rot nerf for about 60% more damage. Fantastic. But also totally deserved; the things were OP. I'll make something else again ...
New skills and good changes; seems good. |

looks realy bad honestly

" I would think so since they said that Bane is going to have the curse tag and that benefits like aoe and cast speed for curses will also apply to bane. This makes items like Heretic's Veil/Doedre's Scorn VERY attractive. :D Last edited by tacotiklah#2882 on Feb 25, 2019, 1:07:55 AM

Another rendition of ED and cont. LAME.
This sentiment was summed up by a member of our design team who recently said "We don't want to take away the feeling of closing your eyes and Exalting an item, scared to see whether you ruined it or not."
YOLO! |

" I second this for 3.7. It'd be nice to have chaos melee skills for trickster. Poison needs some love, and maybe some new skills to work with it would be nice as well. |

I'm liking how these new skills look but I fail to see how the removal of an enemy take increased damage source pushes chaos builds to deal "higher damage than ever before".
Every chaos build used wither in conjunction with the spreading rot debuff - often times by simply using vaal blight with an increased duration gem - so it should result in lower damage output for chaos builds across the board unless they buffed chaos spells. Which they probably did with the "reworked all spells" thingy, but still: Don't make everything apply wither. Wither is nice, but i prefer leaving other sources of "enemies take increased chaos damage" since it is what makes chaos scaling unique and different from elemental or physical scaling.
