I made some edits. It wasn't clear from the wording, but you CAN use spell totem and RAT totem for any listed skills.

2 quick things.

1. "As soon as you enter Merveil's Cavern (when you get access to lvl 12 gems) and beyond, you can only use the following "underused" skills and/or their Vaal version"

This to me means that that was can use ANY skill on and NOT on the gem list before cavern of wrath?

2. Have you thought about making a discord just for this private league and have people nickname them self's thier in game name? Would add a even greater sence of community ONTOP of the global chat?
