[3.5] Occultist Vortex/Cold Snap ES/CI - Deathless and Safe Uber Elder and T16's

Hi. I don't know if somebody asked already but whether Light of Lunaris Spirit shield that adds 38-60 cold damage to spells fits to this build?
I mean it's indicated in tips and it gives a huge amount of ES but as we use elemental equilibrium those cold damage applies to the storm brand and orb of storms, so mobs get +25% resistance to cold when SB and OoS strike them. I think we have to strictly separate the types of elemental damages while equilibrium is using. My suggestion is do not use elemental equilibrium with the Light of Lunaris (it gives +19% of DoT DPS instead of 22.9% of Average Hit).
In this case should we put something else to the weapon to trigger on cast? Frost wall maybe? What do you think?

P.S. I have changed SB and OoS to Frost wall and Frostbite. Also I refused Elemental Equilibrium and took Whispers of Doom to allow second curse.

Light of Lunaris is good for leveling, you don't need EE for leveling. Buy/craft a better ES shield then use EE.

Light of Lunaris gives 600% increased energy shield and costs about 15 chaoses. I don't think that I can craft or buy so many value for the same price. And, as I wrote above, I tried to add Frostbite. According to Path of Building it gives approximately +165000 DoT DPS. Maybe this is a cheap way to add some damage for this build if you want.
I could be wrong (nah just kidding I'm not wrong), but the 600% increased energy shield mod only applies to the item itself, not to your overall energy shield. I.e. it has +600% of the base 24 ES, so about 172 ES. Skin of the Loyal, for example, gives 100% to global defenses, which does apply to all of your energy shield items. So in terms of defense, Light of Lunaris is just sort of so-so, and a higher, 250+ ES shield should be easy to get for not too much money. Also, in my experience crit is not all that handy with this build, and as others have indicated, having cold damage added to your spells will cause EE to proc in a manner that increases cold resists of bad guys.
Can anyone check my profile and tell me what can i improve now plz?
I am not sure if my sceptre is screwing EE :/
Overall ive capped resis on +120 and still using aliras favour for mana regen. (allows perman full mana)

I pinged 94 in SSF HC, so this is the 2nd best character I've ever made behind the Arc Trapper during Incursion, and is on track to becoming the best.

Need to craft -9% Helmet, also fingers crossed in a Rime Gaze double corrupt from my next temple. Need better gloves and boots too.
this is best build that i have ever played. Im currently 94 lvl in ssf and it blasts t16 so easy with shitty gear. thanks!
Great build, but how are we supposed to deal with No Regen maps? I can't use vortex without mana?

For no regen maps I leave about half of my mana unreserved and use a cinderswallow urn. I reroll the map if it’s a guardian map unless it’s elder guardian.

I would sell your dying sun and upgrade some of your gear. The dying sun provides very little benefit compared to other upgrades. Shapers touch doesn’t do much for you, a rare would be much better, I would do bated breath for your belt and use sin treks for boots.
