You will need around 8.5k tooltip dps with vortex in ho to have a chance to kill uber elder and you will need around 10k+ es. That being said you will need a wand for around 2ex (wands are cheaper to get than maces) and a 6l chest with 600+ es (4-6ex). But the fight will not be fast, not fast means more chances to die. If you have never beaten uber before you may need at least 5 tries to be successful. Now considering the shitty map drops you will have to buy t16 maps.

All in all i would say your 4ex will die on maps alone. Uber elder farming on a bufget? Not in this league....

On PoB just aim for 300k or higher DoT Shaper DPS, and then MINIMUM 8.5k ES.

I cleared my first Uber Elder with it, dying twice because I'm still unfamiliar with some mechanics/lag.

All in all it's a super safe build and it comes down to how well you can juggle them.

Very budget friendly and this is my league starter!

someone mind helping me with the skilling tree i'm kinda confused. im currently on 30-50 skilling tree and after Coldhearted Calculation it seems that the tree is different so i can't put the same points that are shown on this build. If someone could help me fix this that would be greatly appreciated :)

Hey folks, I have been diligently ready this forum and trying to figure out how to optimize my build, but could use some help. I have seen people on here with 1 million dot dps on PoB, how!? I am at about 220k dot dps...

I am pretty solid defensive wise, but really could use some help on improving my gear, skills or build to improve dps. Thanks!

Turn on "Ignore Skill Hit", "Enemy was Hit by Light. Damage", and "Enemy is Chilled" under your configurations.

You're sitting at about 439k non-shaper DPS.

A big dps boost will come once you get your skill gems to 20/20, vortex if you can to 21/20. And if you put enfeeble in your cwdt setup it will free mana for malevolence aura, another nice dps boost.
