I like it. New mechanics that can make more build options are always welcome in my opinion. People will complain about anything, but if you don't like it, then just ignore the mechanic in the game. It doesn't seem like anything that you'll HAVE to use at all.
First thoughts that come to mind: Supplementing defenses or life regen needed with Focus allows more flexibility in the tree. Skill triggers which have been previously mentioned. Though I do agree that the timers should be modifiable a little. Either with nodes on the tree or somehow by gems. Another idea is allowing unlock-able modifiers to focus, and perhaps incorporating it with the Pantheon. "Adds x seconds to duration but does y to cooldown" when you're using Solaris etc. Just an unrefined thought. | |

10sec buff with 20sec CD wpuld be better.
And a special focus button besides the actual skill bar. But like this its just useless... |

Hmmmm.
I guess focus will be useful in a handful of niche builds or to trigger buff skills like blood rage, tempest shield, maybe even immortal call etc. But with the need of a keybinding and a horrible 12 sec CD, I can´t see it in many "standard" builds. We´ll see what broken mechanics people will discover and then we have a new PP VD build that will get nerfed shortly after. |

So a DIY buff? A gg build kills a red boss in like 3-8 sec.
So if you integrate this in, four seconds is plenty. Looks expensive and gg. And fun with Champ especially. |

First banners now this it would be really nice to announce increase in key binds.

For everyone complaining about keybinds... You're not supposed to use all the buffs available in the game at once... The powercreep if you are able to will be insane. I for one is fine with having to choose rather than use everything; it gives diversity ffs
