I can't follow you down the stonebro path, i played it a couple of times last league trying to make it work and I just don't like them not being elemental immune. The damage is comparable and for mapping it's close to identical, but deep delving/ubering the elemental immunity gets them killed once in awhile.
Have you tried running a fortify jewel and vigilant strike so they/you get fortify? "The Vigil" on the left side jewel socket will grant fortify to all of your golem bros. Keeps them from dying 99% of the time in delve Last edited by Utopian238#5973 on Mar 8, 2019, 9:00:14 AM

" This tree is super nice for people not going vic's charity. You're the second person i've seen taking that 5 point path along the bottom and it's really slick. Another option it opens up is Heart of the oak and the life nodes left of it. I'm busy this morning prepping for league launch but once things die down remind me to adjust the guide with a section just for people looking to drop Vic's to focus on HC going Kaom's Heart. Enough people enjoy using the mace that I really should include a section for Mace/Bow's I bastardized the acro tree you guys are both using and added it to a HC section. Added Vigilant Strike and the Vigil taking your cwdt and turning it back into a curse on hit/vigilant strike/storm brand setup. How important was vortex to survivability? you could just as easily self cast that vortex instead but i can't fit fortify + cwdt. Take a look and see if i made any mistakes. Having played HC exclusively since forever, I wouldn't give up the scion life wheel for a bit of regen and the minion circle. I need to be able to eat shit more than i need to regen 100 extra life or do 5% more damage. I also prefer the war banner + hatred over all the purities. Maybe purity of cold for elder?
Anyway, this is the build I've theory crafted for this league. I've taken your MoM brutality build and combined it with what I learned (the hard way) during betrayal. In HC if you don't dodge a few hits in a row, you die. I'm thinking with MoM and IC that shouldn't be a problem and the damage with a GG mace is still obscene (400k+) https://pastebin.com/YWvSkjs1 |

so is there something better then clayshaper that you were going to craft? if so what is it :) or is it a nice 2hander cuz doing hc and using kaoms heart?

With primordial chains being so expensive this league just wanted to remind everyone.
Chain is roughly net neutral DPS change for us, a 45% less modifier is a huge loss of damage, and no stats early league is a huge loss of survivability. Normally i recommend rushing chain because it's a cost effective way to get more life regen and phys reduction as well as more bang for your buck from your harmonies. (+3 golems) Right now though, The stats you gain are not worth the price compared to other gear you could be getting. Focus on getting your tabula/skin primordial gems and defensive items sorted out. Chains will drop in price as the weekend progresses, and you'll be able to be more picky between good chains and bad chains. |
