3.7 In-Depth Ice Golems Guide - Snowybois - On Hiatus for 3.8
I still think Storm brand/Lightning spire trap will be the quickest leveling experience with a tree that can be respeced fairly easily.

Yeah it's really hard to beat storm brand/traps, i'm debating just linking Ziz's storm brand race video but it's 4 hours long. Or now with that spicey EK buff that might be viable for leveling.
i may go the other way though and just show people how to level with a tree as close to our final one as possible to preserve currency. Anyone really intense on leveling day 1 has better resources for racing then i can provide. |

I was thinking brand into worb with that new channeling support. Worb is good enough without points or gear investment but you path right by all the inc. duration and AoE nodes anyway. I also play HC so I like things being chilled/frozen

" This sounds really good, 7 points into blast radius and potency of will? We don't really need to take anything else and they're easy enough to refund later. Last edited by Utopian238#5973 on Mar 7, 2019, 9:12:45 PM

" Yeah. You also have enough refund points to easily path into the templar area. I play modified trees that still use the old two handers + kaoms heart setup instead of Clayshaper because of hardcore. It paths me by both duration node clusters. Since the new channeling buff is 6 seconds, I may be able to drop inc. duration gem instead of ice bite or faster casting Im thinking Worb-CD-GMP-Infused-Hypo-Icebite If it's not comfy I'll drop icebite for whatever i need. Either way worb got a huge dmg buff with that new support for leveling and early mapping |

I usually go west to templar early on and take the 'minion damage affects you' wheel until i can get all of my gems going. Vic's charity + the 3 minion wheels we path next to will take you most of the way into yellow maps. After that you should have your tabula and extra golems by the time you hit red.
We'll see what i'm feeling, if zombies/srs feel really good with the new accuracy i'll just run that and update the guide for the majority who aren't trying to speedrun. Otherwise if srs still feels like garbage i'll probably follow you down this worb path. Last edited by Utopian238#5973 on Mar 7, 2019, 9:59:48 PM

Hey there!
Long time player here, just thought I'd share the golemancer build i'm going for 3.6 HC. I haven't decided yet on the number of harmony jewels I wanna use, so don't mind the balance there. But it's a pretty tanky build with like 50% phys mitigation without flasks, triple purity, and very easy to get a lot of chaos res. Also 6-7k life, 1,6k regen, 40% dodge, 46% spell dodge, etc. The dps is still great, sitting at around 1,5 million shaper dps, without a single offensive curse or aura. So, there are some details that I need to figure out on the go, but overall, it's a different take to it that is more suitable for HC :) Oh, and I'm gonna use stone golems if I can get them tanky enough, always liked them better than ice. 100% same build though, so may swap to Ice if I find the stone golems die too often (they don't have elemental immunity). https://pastebin.com/rYUe8Eib Best of luck, Xiayo Last edited by Cybersnip#0532 on Mar 8, 2019, 3:55:28 AM

hey Utopian238, im also gonna try your brutality + mom variant for league start. I will share my experience and thoughts as i go

" This looks really solid for HC, im going to play around more with that pathing you took near devotion that's an option i've been missing in many of the MoM trees |

Made a couple changes to it, making it a little bit tankier, more hp and regen, with 1 less jewel socket. Better choice for HC imo.
https://pastebin.com/vSkJpq4w Best of luck :) And if you haven't tried yet, try stone golems also :) They are really nice with melee splash! |
