Sounds like someone at Grinding Gear Games is a big fan of GW2 :)
A skill that requires to stand still to charge up? And how are we supposed to live long enough to charge it? Would be nice to have a video of map with several packs of fast/ranged mobs with extra damage and speed mods.

We dont know thier setup or how long the charge is. .
If you watch the vid you can see it is actually played in slow motion for the most part. .
To show how the skill works/interacts. .
Can see this by how long the corpses take to fall. .
We also dont know how big the Charge Time can be lowered by attack speed or how far the pods can be increased by Projectile speed. .
If this will have the AOE tag either?
As correct me if I am wrong but Projectile speed is easilly aquired and could easily counter the Lowered aoe with the AOE gem that gives the more multiplyer?

There are so many Naunces we wont know until we see the tags and What interacts with what.
ALso remember the actual hit itself is a piercing arrow attack that does damage

Kinda sad and happy at the same time considering pathfinder rework btw. It's a cool idea to have an ascendancy specializing in flasks. But on the other hand it makes it so new flasks can't be as powerful and interesting without that ascendancy becoming overpowered.
Gravity is just a prejudice. A part of Earth's jurisdiction. As an apache helicopter, I find that very oppressive.
The delay before the pods go off is going to be about as popular as the delay on lightning warp.

If "less duration" can reduce this delay to zero, I can see this skill being used.

Otherwise, at best it will be a trap/range attack totem skill.

Okay, so it isn't mechanically better than tornado shot. If you want mechanical perfection in your builds, play tornado shot. I personally love the way this skill looks and sounds, so if the changes to chaos damage passives and pathfinder are significant enough to make it viable, (theoretically) I'm probably starting the league with this.
Gimpy mechanics. If it's OP people will play it otherwise noone will bother.
