otherwise, i've started mine today. first ES char, wish me luck
the build is still terrifyingly strong, for deep delving (500+) go for enfeeble on hit instead of ele weakness, and call of the brotherhood for freezes, and personally I ran GMP on ball lightning for the immense coverage causing a lot of damage spread and because instant recovery if you get struck with the large number of 'hits' gmp ball lightning does; i could tank Darkness up to 2000-3000 stacks for shits and giggles with watcher's eye, on top of that I ran knockback on ball lightning (which is actually pretty annoying in vaal cities so take it out) it's pretty much untouchable in my experience. You can probably push it even further if you went for that blind chill ammy but with everything else including smoke cloud it's probably overkill and chayula's is too nice to give up for it until you're legit getting 1 hit by anything touching you at all.

Only prob is poet's pen cost is ludicrous this league compared to last, I was sporting 6 of them total to account for mapping setup/weapon swap/delving colors. Not likely to be repeating that practice unless they drop to <100c

In theory, this build got even stronger for Delve due to Sap if you can get a source of it somewhere, effectively it's caster fortify... lol no comment

I am having some issues surviving vs random syndicates in red maps, everything else is easy. Can anyone look at my profile and tell me what I should upgrade next? Still missing es watchers, 2nd poets pen, and presence of chayula.

Small thing.
If you just drop the herald of thunder it allows you to get arc chains +1 time on indigon and thats a little bit more dmg.

Basically u have 2 options:

1) Indi with mana reduce enchant + herald of thunder
2) Indi with arc enchant and u drop herald of thunder

The second option has more a little more damage in PoB and you get additional unreserved mana as bonus.

Tell me if i got something wrong.

You got something wrong.

The biggest part of our Damage doesn't come from Arc, but from Ball Lightning. Ball Lightning does roughly three to four times the damage Arc does - depending on some things like positioning of the enemy and how long the ball is connecting.

And since HoT bonus Damage applies to both Arc and Ball Lightning it's superior comperativly to an Arc-Enchant. The same logic applies as to why a +1Power Charge corruption on the helmet is better then an enchant.

Oh ok u got me there. Makes sense too, once the train of balls start hitting the target the hp melts right away.
How do we apply the second curse if we do not have elemental weakness on hit enchant on the gloves? Are there other options?
