No, what matters is what your attack speed is with frenzy at your max charges. If you notice faster attacks/ GMP typically are not 20 quality. If you go above (I believe it is about 3.75 APS) the break point then you will start to notice skipping. You can raise this a bit more with some cool down reduction on your belt, but that should about answer that question.

Speaking of quality on gems.

Does the cast speed from quality on lightning warp matters?
Would be great to have a list of what is mandatory on the quality, since it is a bit expensive at the moment i would like to favor some gems over others if possible.

Quality on LW does nothing for us as LW is triggered by Frenzy.

You can get it in Delve Zones. I do not yet know if the new Einar gives access to craft it - but I would assume he does at some point.

just curious whats going on with build you have a 3 red cwdt combo in 6l chest instead of frenzy now in boots 3 link?Didnt see anything in thread for the changes?

Sorry saw other people with a cwdt combo in 6l chest and the frenzy combo in boots.I was wondering why and i originally thought it was the op. Also is it just me or is it crazy hard to roll warlords mark?

You run with the 4 link Frenzy setup when you're using basically any helmet other that Indigon. With Indigon you want to increase your mana cost as much as you can without sacrificing jewel slots (basically). So to help increase mana cost you would run a 6 link.

The question was basically addressed in the FAQ on the OP:

"8. Q: Can you explain what the Indigon calculator is there for and how Indigon works in this build with just Frenzy which isn't terribly ManaExpensive?

A: Essentially thats were the two - fairly useless - red (I with my gear can get away with two blue sockets - you might need two red ones or a mixture of it; thats what the calculator is for!) support gems/sockets in the 6-link frenzy come into play. The two most expensive (in terms of mana!) support gems in the game are red gems."

For the defensive setup, like you see me currently running in my Shav's, you get more out of your 6 sockets that way than you would out of running your frenzy setup there.

I will be fixing my boots today once the patch to help us get the 2s and 3s recipes is released.
