I wonder with this "Cold Snap" ~~rework~~... how you think to generate charges on boss? I remember that I heard "frenzy with cold snap will be obtainable on unique mobs..." but I don't see on actual cold snap description. Was waiting for few years (posted x times during years about how cold snap was forgotten) and this rework looks like fail again. So three more years or? Also all other sources for frenzy charge generation in game are on kill.....rlly disappointing (except stupid raider ascendancy) REWORK? SEEMS LIKE SOME FAILURE LIKE USUAL. DANG NOTHING NEW. This league will be so much different than the others... Look at all these skills! So the plan is... Pick marauder, get sunder, give sunder to ranger, level up ranger with sunder, switch to deadeye KB or TS. Yep... this league shapes up to be sooo vastly different than the previous leagues. Wait...
