Secondly, isn't the irony lost on them? We had this league called breach where apparently everyone was happy even though through a similar premise many builds were excluded from doing league content efficiently. Why must these good builds be good at every thing? If a kb wander just does everything better than other builds then what is my incentive to not play a kb wander.

I need an incentive to play a different build. If the already meta, already higher dps builds get better at everything in the game, then the only builds which will exist are the same variety of crap like we currently have - u have summoners offscreening with spectres, rangers offscreening with tornado shot and wanders offscreening with kinetic blast. They look different but its really just a different icon to press.


If you actually look at ladder you may find there is quite a lot more variety than that.
I don't get why it sounds like you want everyone to play no-clear no-dps builds you like, it's diversity, exactly, if you force meta fun builds to suck people will quit, cause some people are here to play these builds

I don't know what point you are trying to make. Are you saying yes/no neither to the poll? You seem to argue for yes and no in your post. If you say no to the poll then you don't have problems with the system currently , but if yes wins you still won't have problems with the netting system if they introduce the new nets. If yes wins it's a win for more people JUST looking at the netting system. Obviously there are problems some people see with "clearspeed meta" which the new nets perpetuate, sort of... This poll is pretty shit to begin with because it hits on a larger issue with the game and the people that say no are saying it for the wrong reasons. Most don't give a shit about quality of life for summoners or classes that cull, they care about the "clearspeed" meta.

I voted yes. but my heart says no.

there are to many mechanics in the game that make capturing non intuitive. I get that maybe this is done on purpose to "slow the game down", but it is done the wrong way. you can't train your players to go against the meta they have been playing for years now, aka clear speed. previous leagues trained the pb to focus damage and clear speed as priority. breach, abyss ect. now you want us to build around widdling down a mob to throw a net on it. nerfing AOE didn't work out well either (another slow down method), now this.

what an absolute mess this has become.

i would say yes if there was a drawback,

like all net works on dead beast but dead beast captured have 200% more life and 200% more damage,

but having just a zombie net that drop sometime.. not interested, it's easy enough to capture beast alive no need to capture them when they're dead
I say no. 3 seconds is enough for me to do many things (innuendo included)
There is really 19000 peoples that want to launch a net on "dead bodies" because they are to lazy to count 3secondes on the net trigger ???
Where is the excitement in just clicking any random mob to get what you want if there is no difficulty... its allready almost "free" with the new 3secondes window...

That's so sad... i guess now everyone just want rewards without moving a finger. Its not even entertaining...
You are supposed to adapt to the challenge, not the opposite, if you don't like it play standard...

The 50.1% will get what they want while 49.9 do not.. this is why democracy isn't so great.
Having this many nets is kinda odd the idea is really cool i just dont think it has been "pulled off right" im having tons of fun with it but capturing a dead beast sounds kinda against the league lol. why not make the "catch-able beast's a certain type and when he cant die but when he gets to a certain life lvl he falls over hurt or something that would make the concept make sense. Or instead of nets make it a "curse" type set up i dont know how to fix it but it sure does need rethought but i think we all know and understand that i hope you all get it fig out soon. In the mean time great job and i am still having tons of fun just a little clunky :P.
