I need an incentive to play a different build. If the already meta, already higher dps builds get better at everything in the game, then the only builds which will exist are the same variety of crap like we currently have - u have summoners offscreening with spectres, rangers offscreening with tornado shot and wanders offscreening with kinetic blast. They look different but its really just a different icon to press.

Below, my opinion, is simply put: We should instead of dead beasts, have the beasts in a 'wounded' state for a few seconds after death, to help capture them. Possibly via an item.

'Wounded' being able to move but not attack. This solves all the problems of being able to kill them but not capture them. Also, i found many of the rare beasts spawn a lot of other beasts and it's difficult to select the rare one in the group. If the rare one is immune to all damage, and in a state that it's not summoning more things, it would be easier to capture.

Item idea for wounded beasts: A special net that makes the beast 'wounded' after it's down to a certain amount of health. Throw that net at the monster again to catch it. (electric net)

Other than that currently, the game doesn't have any dead body UI selectors. So how would you know which dead beast you will be catching? Also, it doesn't even fit the lore to catch a dead beast...You catch a dead beast and what, revive it to sacrifice it? Can you sacrifice undead? Doesn't make sense to me.
Lame. Obviously the 50% voting no are not ones that play summoner builds where you can't stop your minions from killing everything in sight, and when you're playing burning spectres they melt everything instantly, way faster than you can get a net on the monster in the madhouse of monsters and necro army.

First 12 challenges u can get just doing main story. I done 12 in abyss in two days and im not hardcore player i never done higher than T12 maps and 500h ingame is very casual for PoE, Maybe he mean this type of "casaul" player not noob ho dont even know how to beat main quest.
The yes vote would win but there are two choices one being rare and one being common net drop... it’s the Jill Stien effect Lol. I personally like the idea of the new net but only if it’s very rare.
