A Few Specific Balance Changes in 3.2.0

YES! NERF ALL THE QUANTITY!
NO MORE SEXTANT BLOCKING

FREE AT LAST
Let me do some math. A YT-er mentioned that for 5 Abandoned Wealth Cards you need to run about 200-250 Vaults. Let an Ex be 60 C so you can earn 180 C with them. Which is around 0.7 C / map. You need a sextant every 3 maps on 5 maps and maybe 3 sextant per map to get usefull mods. This would be 250 / 3 * 3 * 5 = 1250 yellow sextants which is something about nearly 5000 Chaos. Thats an investment of 20 C per map. The droprate of a Hoarder Card is every ~ 10 maps with a blocked atlas. Which means I will get around 2 Ex from these in 250 Vaults. So Hoarder + AW = 5 Ex in 250 maps while investing 5000 Chaos in sextants. 5000 Chaos ~ 80 Ex. Which means I have to do 80 - 5 Ex = 75 Ex with drops besides the cards to come out zero. This would be 0.3 Ex per map which is nearly impossbile. So sextants are more or less dead.
everything I wanted, luw ya GGG!

amazing how the "fk the 1%"-crowd cant see how these changes affect them more than the 1%.

the 1% will still get rich, but the crowds now have to pay A LOT more for any decent shit with currency you dont even get

err, no. did they fiddle with the chaos recipe, the source of income for the masses? did they change my 3 exalts that drop per league?

--

sometimes i think players forget that with one guy ending up with 100 exalts means 30 more players ending up with no exalts but some crap items.

the announced changes are positive, less exalts in circulation will result in lower prices for high end items.

and if market saturation appears later in the game, it motivates players to play longer than the usual 3 weeks.

i don't think we've seen all of the nerfs just yet.

See my previos post. Prices for sought after items will go up since the high end mappers won't farm them anymore for you to buy for a couple of Chaos. Aso - again - Sextants were a very nice source of income for casuals. Gone now as well.

Not to make sextants totally useless now, GGG should increase its drop rate.
Like wtf, i got 20 red sextants for the whole league
PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players.
Sextant nerf wasn't good enough. People can still spam 5 of them still getting same mods as before
WTB Map drops since 2013
Hailing from Auckland NZ. Loving the change GGG. But the salty tears are real. That Sextant and Bisco nerf especially.. haha. Thx for making Zana easier to hit 8 tho.
Nerf hammer is strong :) Can we get pachnotes faster, ppl from who i copy my builds have to do their work :) If i can use one sextant maybe i will start using them :) So 3 more days playing PUBG pls help. And non of this changes even got close to my noob ass hehe.
