A Few Specific Balance Changes in 3.2.0

C'mon. Sextant nerf was needed. Once initial investment was Done, sergeants were 100% pure bonus every time. You can still achieve this level of sexted maps, but now it will take more than 4 sextants to get 4 beneficial sextants on maps. I say , as someone who would be willing to sell sextants, this is pure buff. Sextants go up in value.

In my opinion: the game is far too hard for casual players. I dont know how many players (accounts) can kill Shaper in the end of the game, but I think is less than 50% of then. For a casual player, 4 hours os game is all what he have in a week...

I think this game have focus only in players who can play more than 20 hours per week. Anyone who play less than that cant finish the game in 4 months.

In resume: I want Buffs and I dont whant nerfs... the game is far too hard already...

Endgame content like shaper is supposed to be hard. You're most certainly correct in assuming less than 50% of accounts can do shaper. I don't know the actual numbers of course but just from guessing I'd say it's maybe 20% of the active players? Anyway, there should always be a difficult boss you work towards defeating. If you can easily do shaper, uber atziri and uber elder, long term motivation won't be as big.

So you'll only sextant block 1 map or will we get only good sextant mods?
Simply removing them would be a lot better, why enforce a hardcap and kill the 1% if you could boost ways that relate to casual players.

My 2 cents as usual:)

Bisco > well, to be honest i really would like iq to get removed completely, since as now builds can be categorized in boss farmers, map farmers and racers. 100% of the second category and likely a good chunk of the third use bisco's collar and probably several other pieces of iq gear. That mean that if someone want to play efficently you already know the items you will end using, and consequently the best build to exploit these.

There are no bosses worth farming anymore. Super early temp shaper/uber atziri. If you want to compete as a racer you need a team, you wont solo compete with a group of players that have a dedicated 4-6 person team. So that leaves you with casual racing which is whatever, get a build of the net test it out and enjoy it for what it's worth.

Sextants > Meh, i really don't like hard caps. But whatever, at least improve mobs density for maps as some really feel too empty without the sextant boost.

That's not how they do it, mob density is going to be shit. Now you'll have to spam sextants if you want to have a decent amount of density.

Breach and Zana > less xp to cap her is good, was a bit too tedious before. About breaches, well, zana's mods rotate, so i have nothing to complain (and i love breaches sooooo much). Also cards for breach stuff will be implemented so we will not miss any build enabler stuff in that regard.

k, this is all :) Good luck guys

They wont reward you with good mods because zana got an xp nerf. You'll get some 3 chaos pleb mod now at level 8 that you pay 6 chaos for.

rip bisco 2k18
Soooooooo HAppy with these changes!

As a full atlas unlocker and non sextant blocker, I was at a serious disadvantage this league and could not compete or even keep up with the rapidly inflating prices in the trade market.

I was playing 3-4 hours a day and full weekends but the prices of 20/21 gems for example was at 3-5 EX only a week or so in and stayed high throughout the league...
OMG!

Zana nerf... no breach mod... biscos nerf... sextant nerf...

all the things who ppl used that are not casual gamers to get huge currency...
and who are crying about to remove sextant blocking, zana getting to 8 and so on?! casual gamer...
sextant blocking was the best thing to make currency with breach...

getting zana to 8 takes u half a day when u have some currency by buying zanas from other ppl...
so whats the problem?!

ppl that arnt be able to get zana to in a league should just think about what the are doing wrong instead of crying...

and now we can sextant spam and get 50% of the time stupid mods... nice!

bullshit changes...rly

poe goes casual..- GG(G)
Hm, I'm not sure what to think about the oni nerf. Sure it is a very strong item and I can understand all the balancing issues.
The main reason for me for getting this sword wasn't the stats but the altered character dialogue. I really, really love those comments and I was planning on farming it again just for those altered dialogue. I think I will even after the nerf.
This is something that gets far less love than it should be, imho. Every aspect of the game is subject to constant improvement (for which I'm really grateful btw) but the characters themselves. The characters characters so to speak. The Oni was a really welcome change in that direction. After playing league after league (most times with the same character), I know pretty much every comment they say.
So please take into consideration, that by nerfing the dropchance of the sword, you're also nerfing something that really contributes to the games atmosphere.
Thanks

^Whats wrong with this world. No clue, but makes grand claims.

"Once initial investment was Done, sergeants were 100% pure bonus every time."

What are you talking about? Do u know how many mods there are on sextants? Do you know how blocking works? You understand if you block slipstream on the east side of a map, you can still get it on the west side and north/south depending. If you block slipstream on all sides of your map you've used up 1 block. There are 12 horrible sextant rolls that give you no density +- physical mobs. So you'd need to block 22 maps just to make sure you never got those mods on the east/west north/south sides. Before you make comments you should, do your research, think, then respond.
