Announcing Path of Exile: Bestiary League

The supporter packs this time around don't appeal to me, but I do want to get one just to throws some money at GGG and show the love. I'll get the $60 bird-themed one, because it has feathers in the social frame and I have a raven-themed character that would look good in it.

I'm most excited for the new uniques and fated uniques, hopefully one of the uniques I commonly use will get an upgrade!

I've never really been interested in mapping as endgame content, I barely ever use maps at all. Pretty sure I'll never fight the Shaper or Elder, so that addition doesn't appeal to me.

As for the league content as a whole, I'm not necessarily excited for it (especially since I don't do much crafting, and that seems to be a big part of the league or at least the "reward" for doing the league content), but I am curious and I will definitely try to play more of this league as opposed to Abyss and Breach which I only played enough to level a character to 70ish and then stopped.

So much hate for a League with totally new mechanics. Lets just see how it turns out, i like the idea at least.

Pokemon? Neat. GGG needs to go full stop and rework the entire game to be in an anime style. Add Japanese voice acting too because screw it.

And to be honest, I don't give a shit about pokemon, I don't even know that monster hunting thing. I just want to play some fun and different legue and as far it looks like it to me.
Bestiary looks like a proper core system. Yet the question arrives, how much it will take to organise this new hideout and how intuitive the hunting will be.
The hunter guy looks soo cool, the same for bestiary book. The rest will come in the future, I guess.

To be honest, I'm not sure how I feel about this one.

Ive been around POE for awhile now. Not as long as Beta/Kick starter but a good chunk of time. As some people have posted things are changing and not all for the better.

I like how some of the things have evolved and changed and becoming bigger and better (new end game content so we aren't redoing the same maps over and over in 3 difficulty tiers )

How the Home base system has evolved and bigger stash tabs.

But one thing that hasn't been sitting with me and other from what I have read and seen is the leagues all getting a Pack to it. and not just a simple pay x get x. No its here is 2 different set ups. Pay us x for 1 or double xx for both. It wasn't like this before and no answer has came out as to why the change is now the norm from the looks of it.

I'm loving the change to passive trees/nodes/ascendant classes but its also making some styles fall out or completely vanish

I'll give the "Pokemon Poe" a try. But i feel like its going to be normal Poe with a bothersome "side quest" system tapped on.

Wish 3G would do a General/Announcement with whats up with the new "normal" give us money packs vs the old ones which felt like it fit the lore allot more and also the look.

As for those going "Don't play then/ Don't pay then" I'm still going to end up seeing the packs (cant turn off mtx effects) in town going to be hearing about it (Unless i play with literally no chat up which isn't fun) Just would like to know whats up and going on that 3G has had to change up so much.
