I am positive i built off this thread back before prophecy (last time i played) as this was the only LLRF build that had tons of armor and ES and used shapers gloves.

That being said i have not played in a long time so the other build might be closer to what i am needing is that what you are implying?

Yep, the other build looks like closer to what you builded in Prophecy league. So you might get some help for the minor update you can get atm, without totaly rebuild your character.

Few things about the switching to LL RF.

If you switch before lvl 80-85, you will certainly struggle on the ground of regen.
In the range lvl 70-85 generaly you only have the main path in your tree in order to get the mandatory Key Stone (EE, EO, ZO, etc.), and your regen nodes. So you will probably have a low ES pool, so this will have some consequence on your life/es regen.

While this build does not realy rely on flat life regen and mostly on %life regen nodes, and some bonus like %ES recovery rate, the flat amount of ES you will regen (thanks to Zealoth Oath that convert life regen bonus in ES regen) will be based on your max ES pool. And if this ES pool is low, consequenctly, your flat ES regen will be also low.

That's why the leveling between lvl 50 to 85 can be squishy. In the range 50-70 it's squishy because if you are playing life based RF, you will lake of life. And from lvl 70-85 when you switch to LL, you will miss some extremly juicy ES nodes and so have low ES pool and low regen.

So the solution to make it works, is to keep dual Kikazaru. This will brings you a huge amount of flat regen, based on your level. Which is extremly efficent in this situation. You have to check time to time when you will be able to remove thoses rings for rares ones with the right stats.

Now to answer your differents questions :
- For the boots, just like Chridian said, Death Door are more or less some QoL item. With it you don't care about bleeding which is a realy anoying source of degen that we can't mitigated by any way. But in practice, it's absolutly not mandatory. For example, last league I played the whole league without Death Door, and I had no problem with it. You just have to be carefull about Vulnerability map mods (or the Vulnerability curse the Fonte in U.Lab caste over you). Sin Trek are the cheapest way to go.
If you want an even better solution for Delve league, you can take a normal paire of Sorcerer Boots, set them to 30% quality, and then craft a high ES paire of boots with a Dense fossil. You may reach some 200+ ES boots in few try.
- For the belt, we are looking for : str / flat ES / %ES recovery rate and generaly some Cold Res (a mastercrafted cold res is generaly enought to fullfill our needs). With Dense fossil craft you may also look for %inc armour ES affixe. It's a cool affixe, but it can cost you your Cold Res or your Str.

Last thing, do not follow zzang trees.
Those tree require 2 things to be relevant :
1. A Watcher's eye with the Clarity convertion buff AND 1 regen mods (one of the 2 Discipline ES regen/recovery or the flat regen with vitality) which are 70+ex watcher's eye
2. A high level character (do not consider them under lvl 90+. At lvl 95+ it start to be relevant).

If you start this build and don't have end game stuff I would highly suggest to follow those trees :
Lvl 70+ :

lvl 85+ :

Lvl 90+ :

Lvl 92 :

Lvl 96 :

Thanks for the help! I bought a pair of Sin Treks and am running them through lab for the 2% regen enchant now, then I'll respec and get this character started. Would you say there are any gems besides Purity of Fire that need to be 21 or are the rest just min/maxing?

With the previous tree I gave you, and with your +2 AOE gem corruption Shaper's Touch you should consider getting those gems level 21 in priority order :
1. Purity of Fire
2. SR ;
3. Purity of Ice ;
4. Purity of Light ;
5. Support gems in your SR & RF setup.
Like this you will hit lvl 23 puritys auras and then get the +5% max res. With the tree I gave you you will have 84/83/84 max res with lvl 21 purity auras.

Is the boots enchant mandatory ? I got pretty much everything but the enchant, and even the cheapest are at 3ex :/

You can play the build without it (I do it in Delve league with a lvl 92 character for example). But honestly speaking, it's a huge boost in terme of survivability in fighting situation (so when you need the most more regen).
Stay perseverant in your U.Lab run. There is less than 20 boots enchant, so it's realy doable even for SSF player.

Ty for the infos, i changed my build from following the main page to the one where you increase aura effect and i have to say i like it much better.
With 21 purities you can reach 84/83/84 resistances.

Also is sintrek a budget variant for ES boots?
On shaped belts: chain or heavy belt? I guess crystal is the best option in delve but the base alone is 90c.

The tree I suggest will gives you less ES than those in first page. But you will have way more regen and resistances. And, on top of this, you won't need an Enlighten 3 or 4. The build works without a problem even if you have an Enlighten 2. So it's a way more budget friendly version.

For the belt here is the order of the best bases :
1. Elder/Shaper Stygian Vise (Std only) ;
2. Elder/Shaper Heavy Belt ;
3. Elder/Shaper Crystal Belt (it's pretty close to Heavy belt in terme of stats, but it's way more harder to find an shaper/elder base with this belt).
4. Elder/Shaper Chain belt ;
5. Elder/Shaper leather belt ;
6. Any other base in Elder/Shaper version.
hi, can someone have a look at my char? Have 8.4k es atm at lvl 88 and i feel quite squishy. What do i have to upgrade / change? I still have only around 9.8k es when i hit lvl 95+ and that still seems alittle low

Here's my pastebin : https://pastebin.com/d6WcU4a7

Oh and btw how do i reactivate my auras if i accidentally turned them off? Cant seem to regenerate hp to reactivate my auras D:

stuff

You really should make your own thread, that you can update and keep alive :D It is basically your build now :)

Do you have a path of building link for the build? I have theory crafted some of it, but I would like to look at something tested and compare before I start getting all the stuff I need together :)

Sell your Enlighten 4, buy a lvl 2. Take a Clarity lvl 1-3. This should alow you to get 5ex.

Rework on your Phoenix Twirl Opal Ring. There is almost no usefull stats on it. Looks for thoses stats :
40+str / 40+intell / and 2 of these following stats 40+ES or 50+mana or cold/light flat dmg / master craft what you miss.

Try to fossil craft a better belt with Dense fossil.

Reworks some of your jewels. You should get as a mini : %ES / %Burning / 1 dmg affixe (%dmg/%DOT/%Fire) at least.

On your tree, personnaly I would rather do this : https://pastebin.com/6VK9qS4A
And at lvl 92 I would go for this tree : https://pastebin.com/KA5HzHT0

Rest is just grinding some level.

As I explained many time, the whole build will have many variation based on the stuff you have.

But here some example ...
Lvl 92 Budget (under 2ex stuff) : https://pastebin.com/90RECEbf
Lvl 92 15-25ex : https://pastebin.com/8hEKZCFi
Lvl 96 100+ex budget (clarity + regen Watcher eye) : https://pastebin.com/Nn2rAqzh
Lvl 96 100+ex budget with legacy stuff : https://pastebin.com/mJg07gDQ
Lvl 100 Miror tier budget (and legacy stuff) : https://pastebin.com/mdRzXeH3

Finally got my extra es watcher's eye. Only one useful mod but it's 18% and pushed me over 15k es. Now need to work on helm enchant and lvl 21 scorching ray and opal rings.

Hi Guys,

Have few questions. Can someone look up my char "GriaustinioGarsas". I feel like I'm missing some damage, anything I can upgrade?

Why are we using Doon instead of Doryani as a weapon? We don't quite have a lot of strenght, only like ~600?

Also, about the belt. I have 2 belts at the moment. One give some strenght and ~100 more ES. But another one have mod "20% chance when hit for double armour effect"? Do I understand correct, that all the armor I have will be doubled? Or only the one that is on a belt as a prefix? Both have 20% of ES recovery rate. Which one would benefit more?

Thank you for an answers, have a nice evening.

P.S What phanteons you are using guys? Probably Arakaali and?

Enchanting Memory Vault is a waste of helm enchant and time.
There is more than 500 different helm enchant. And while the only 2 usefull enchant are the dmg buff for SR or RF, this mean you will have 1/250+ chance to get the right enchant.

If you do U.Lab run, you should enchant a Starkonja instead.

For Memory Vault, it's, imo, better to corrupt it. There is 2 extra usefull corruption possible : +1-2% life regen or +30-40% Burning Damage.
Burning Damage will buff your RF and your SR, so it's like a double enchant for both SR and RF. It's absolutly unbeatable.
%Life regen is an extremly cool enchant that help a lot for survivability and gives you way more flexibility with your gearing and your tree.

Doryani will sure gives you more dps if you have like 400+ str, but at the same time Doon gives you a shit tone of str and some mana. And with Shaper's Touch, Str is converted in %ES and in mana. So Doon will buff your survivability and your ES at the same time. It's simply a well balanced weapon.

For the belt, pic the first with str and +100 ES.

For the Pantheon, look the first post of the topic.

Interesting take on the build I must say.
How does this build hold up deep in the mines?

Note, this list of build is highly based on my std RF. There might be some better or more min-maxed alternatives, but honestly I didn't tried all the possibility this build can propose.

With this page you can have a general view of how deep people went with a Righteous fire build in Guardian.

This guy reached deppth 610 & 600 in solo and is playing a version of this build.
