150 points map tab bollocks BONUS: Fragment tab is 75 points, totaling at 22,5$!

Honestly I never felt the need for this tab. I agree, that upping the free tabs from 4 to 6 would be a really good move, but I can't say that the average player needs a currency or a map tab. For years I was hardly able to even fill a stack of exalts during a league and even the essence tab is not required because you hardly find any.

So all you basically need is a premium tab, thats all. And if you get those things during one of the very common sales they are really cheap as well.

At this price though I rather buy more premium tabs, than a map tab, because they are more useful and hold maps well enough.

That's the problem with the current stash tab system; it's an arms race where players CLEARLY get an advantage by having them, and the economy is affected, whether or not a player decides to use said tabs. It's a far cry from cosmetics.

Which is true and to be fair I wouldn't have an issue with that if they actually acknowledge it. Because if you join the game you might actually have to play for quite a bit until you notice those benefits. When I started playing I did hoard a lot of useless things, I stopped doing that, after my 4 tabs were full and noticed that I actually never took out one of the items I put into those stashs, so I emptied them and from this point they pretty much stayed empty, except for a few orbs. Not having those stashs actually benefitted me, because it told me what has value and what has no value. If I would have had unlimited space, I would never have learned which items to keep or pick up etc.

I would give players basically 3 challanges, 2 unlock 2 additional stashs and one challange gives them a premium update for one stash, which is all you really need.
For 150 points, the tab should hold all maps from all releases... or be a bundle of 3 tabs for the older ones, last months, and now this months..... or there needs to be a way in game of trading old maps into new maps on a one to one basis.

Down the road, maybe a version or two, they're simply going to change the maps YET AGAIN... I don't mind supporting GGG, but yeh, this is a BS cost.
I've played this game for 4 years now, and I've invested probably less than 100$ in it, to obtain:

* multiple tabs that act as easy-to-use shops
* enough tabs to keep all items I want to keep
* very functional, specialized tabs that can hold A LOT of stuff
* some nice looking visuals
* say thanks for the great game

I give twice the amount for food monthly, and the money was never asked of me. So personally I find the tab to be a great new addition. I lived without it, but it definitely helps keep order in the stash.

My only problem with the tab so far is that its kind of sluggish. I would not expect that control clicking on a map takes so long for the tab to switch to the related sub-tab. But I'm sure this will improve with time.

Maby the price is comparet to work they had to do to create those things, NOT how they are "needed" by players? "Ethically" it is fair to demand highier price for greater effort.

Nah, skin recolors would cost 10 points then.

EDIT:
Now that I think of it, maybe they should if you already own the original skin.

Arent they? What are the cheapest MTXes there? And try to compare MTX to price according to "how much work that required". And see what You get.

IMHO creating map tab, that was impossible by many people, took some real real effort and coding. That is why its not cheap.

And somehow some other developers can develop whole games with same budget and less people paying attention to their products.
Isn't that interesting?
You can't be serious about thinking that this stash tab needed to cost 15$ in order for them to make any more.

I now can't play the game. I was holding my maps in one regular tab 1 line per tier for 5 years and it all destroyed overnight with horrible laggy map tab without search functionality /s

Seriously, people.

Nice one liner, but that isn't the point of the thread. Thanks for the bump, tho

So the point of the thread isn't for people to have an opinion and leave it here up for meaningful discussion? No wonder it's more blunt than my Doryani's Catalyst.
Carry on my waypoint son, there'll be peace when maps are done.

Try to make maps meet, you're a slave to the meta, then you leave.
You can have your opinion, but addressing points that weren't made is silly at best. Can't quite have a discussion if you can't even determine (or understand) what you're discussing, amarite?

Theoretically true.

Stash tab is not expensive. Imagine it costing 15 zloty - less than vodka - and this is exact cost for intented audience of the game (= not us). Well, everything in the game is cheap. But it's not targeted at any audience south of stockholm or east of berlin :)
Currency tab is mandatory I agree, div cards? Duh, sellable cards fill up 1/4 of premium tab, I won't bother picking anything that is not 1c and it works for me
But wait, what do I do with my old maps now - vendor them? I did chimera legacy and unlocked some 5 red maps that I knew nothing about and will probably pay two std exalts to remove them. Meanwhile shall I vendor every legacy map? Probably yes.

THIS IS NUTS FOR A F2P GAME WITH VIRTUALLY NO P2W ELEMENT!

Virtually. I can't agree more. :V

But yeah, most people still seem to ignore the issue of more features like this crawling on PoE ecosystem. I think it may come from people who are playing the game for years now and have accumulated so many stash tabs that they cannot imagine how a new player would feel when seeing a single stash tab costing 15$.

Actually new maps stash tab allows you to save money because it replaces 4-6-8-... regular stash tabs used to hold maps.

And i have no idea why you keep whining about spending $15 with that amount of support titles near your nickname.
