Meh, people watch sports because it's top athletes in the world competing over a trophy with a lot of animosity and rivalry with intensity, adrenaline rushes. I'd get watching a tournament on Twitch but watching someone on PoE mindlessly right-click their way through maps with their mouth open for 16 hours straight is different tbh

I don't think there's enough evidence yet that the system is broken, pointless to contact support. I think this is more of a "improve the system" request. I am clear that there are two options:
1) something does not work well.
2) this event is manipulated.

Considering how high the numbers continue to be on twitch I suspect we're not in the minority, and the "8 and 1/2 hours" figure was a gross overestimation or a lie.

More than 30 hours with Twitch running and still no result... is this all a scam ?

I also have nearly 40 hours of watching and have not received the helmet skin. At least I can take solace in the fact that I'm not the only one being manipulated into supporting streamers on twitch.

I don't understand you guys. Why do you assume you have 100% chance or something? You have slight chance to get 1 helmet mtx and that's it.

This is promotional thing from GGG to get new players interested and get the hype up for 3.1.0 which is totally ok and understandable. And at the same time old PoE players might get free skin while they are watching PoE streams. It is JUST a little extra you might get. And if you get it COOL!! But if you don't then that's fine too. At least you had a chance :)

And btw...this has been on for 2 days now. There is still 18 (!) days left :D But please stop whining like a little privileged kids and enjoy the little FREE lottery and the streams. 3.1.0 is launching soon you'll be watching those streams then anyway.

EDIT: Btw i have been watching streams too after this whole thing started and haven't got a hat yet. But you know what? I don't expect to get one and i'm totally fine with that :)

It would take an average of 8.33 hours of view time to receive a Twitch Drop reward. However, depending on your luck, you could receive one much sooner!

2 Days still nothing, i must be Really unlucky.

Zizaran had over 12,000 viewers recently. If half were there for hats, that would be 6,000 viewers. Every 5 minutes, 60 viewers (1 in 100 of the 6000) would have got a hat. That's 300 hats awarded per hour. I haven't tracked my hours, but I've been viewing pretty much since the launch of the event and I don't have a hat.
