Something similar in T10 Colonnade map. After beating Harbinger some 'plop' sound and lost a chunk of life. No idea what caused it. There were some Harbinger obelisks around still and there was more going on before than in the Crematorium case though so it could have been sth else.

No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
