discharge triggers "on hit", not on attack. for the case of 2.74 times a second you are right, with such an attack speed(unoptimal) it would only trigger "per attack" because the time between each hit would be slightly below 0.2ms meaning every 2. cyclone hit would not work because of the discharge cd. but an attack rate of 5 times per second is not needed. just think about an attack rate of 2.4 times/second resulting in 4.8 hits per second. this would mean that the first as well as the second hit from each cyclone would trigger because the hit would be every 0.208 and not fall into the discharge cd range.

after doing some testing i cant confirm that it works this way. in fact, even a cyclone with a shitty as of 2.74/s discharge triggers around 4 times/second. i've been wondering why and this is what i've found.

this explains the cyclone mechanics quiet good in my opinion. Basically this guy says that we dont need any attack speed because we improve our cyclone hitrate via movement speed. after some testing, i tend to confirm that this is true.

the belt is still worth it. it does give us the ability to use 1 extra discharge per second (20% more dps). even if we cant hit the optimal proc rate and are slightly below it, we couldn't do the same with a discharge cd of 250ms (4 discharges per second). we'd also loose some discharges there due to unoptimal trigger times. i can't say if the boots are better for this build than the belt, maybe they are. both are best in slot items if you ask me.

triple multi jewels are insanely expensive while jewels while 2*multi are rather cheap. Which other than multi stats are good for 3. stat?

u can look at the jewel im using on my build they are the perfect jewel ur looking for.

So to explain how to choose jewel keep in mind that crit multi alone is bad u need some INC dmg for ur Multiplier to be effective. So u will be looking at getting 2 or 3 multi roll+ 1 inc dmg on ur jewel.

this is what u should be looking for on poe trade
Multi spell/cold/fire/lightning/
GlobaL Multi/Multi with Elemental Skill
Spell dmg/spell dmg with shield
INC dmg/ INC area dmg
INC lightning dmg

its fine if it's added cold damage. if its fire or lightning you will loose tons of damage because EE wont work.

hmm this is increase elemental damage on attack skill not added elemental damage so i think im good right? just making sure do i have to try and get another amulet due to EE?

Ah ok thats fine. Ee is not affected by that stat. It doesnt do anything for our build though. But i dont think its worth to buy another amulet just for some inc movespeed.

I remember a few leagues ago when I played cospri's discharge I didn't really need the Voll's except for single target, is this still possible?

hello! im doing this build now, im currently level 76 and not using vaal pact atm, is there another option to get leech aside from vinktar? because i ran out of charges on bossfights, volls devotion with .4 lightning leech is kinda expensive and out of the market atm, i also thought of catarina crafting mod about .2 cold/lightning/fire leech, but it looses the option to get life on offhand. any thoughts? please reply. and btw thanks for the cool guide! glhf exile!
