[3.6 Video Guide] Beginner's Guide SRS Baron Life [HC/SC/Atziri/Uber Izaro/Shaper Viable]

First off, thank you very much for your guide, it's my very first char and it's doing great so far (hope it continues that way)

I'm lvl 26 in act 2, and I'd really appreciate some inputs/advices, especially concerning the gear

By the way, don't mind the Void Manipulation/Contagion gems, they're just skills I used early on and I didn't bother unsocketing the gems

hi ghazzy thanks for another good guide, i have some questions though.

i have a 6l +2 staff, im using srs-minion speed-minion dmg-melee splash-elemental dmg with attacks and melee phys dmg supports. was thinking of swapping melee phys dmg for blood magic since the BM craft costs 2 ex and i dont have them atm.

this would allow me to run haste/hatred/clarity, im only running hatred/clarity atm.
or would the 6l be better for me instead of haste?

That's the Rampage buff! It does a few different effects depending on stacks which significantly helps you increase clear speed. The one you're referring to is causing a stun & blind on enemies as well as some DMG.

You have a +1 lvl of fire gems wand, make sure you recolor it to 2B1R so you can use SRS - Minion DMG - Melee Splash in there. It should carry you a long way till you can get a 4L item with BBRR colors to simply add Melee Physical in the mix. Or hell, even be able to afford a Baron helmet at that point depending on your luck.

It's really hard to guide you gear wise at that low lvl as it's pretty much all about equipping what ever gives you resistances & life and that works for your gem links.

My pleasure bro, thank you!

Change minion speed for BM instead imo.
The build runs smoother with BM even if it means dropping a link, though if you don't feel it to be too annoying to run a 6L without BM on high lvl clarity (without haste) then that's absolutely better but will also require mana flask to be kept up.

Ultimately it's gonna end up in you deciding between smoother but less dps gameplay vs slightly annoying mana handling but higher DPS output.

Do i skill slot clarity 1? or just have it in link? and linked to what if so.

Not sure what aura's i need to be running throughout. what needs to be loaded in skill bar.

Once you've activated the aura it no longer needs to be on your action bar.

Before BM wep:
High lvl Clarity with Generosity linked to Hatred.

After BM wep:
Lvl 1 Clarity (for CoD stacks), Haste, Hatred linked with Generosity.

That was a kind of stupid question on my part haha, the BM mod is only 2 divines, not 2 exalts, so I went ahead and crafted it. Im using a 6l with BM craft now, build feels a lot better running Haste now!

Does Spirit Eater ascendancy skill affect minions too? "40% increased damage if you have consumed a corpse recently" and "2% increased attack speed and cast speed for each corpse consumed recently". Does SRS benefit from it?

Haha, there are no stupid questions where I reside, only stupid answers. Any questions are more than welcome.

If the damage stated does not specifically state that it affects minions, then it doesn't.
The cast speed allows you to smoother summon them obviously but outside of that, nothing else scales them.

just for understanding immortal call is linked with cast when damage taken, so it doesn't need a skill slot is that correct?
