[2.6] CI FrostBlades Raider/Pathfinder [Permafreeze T15 bosses, 4:17 Shaper Run, 1:49 Chayula timer]

I'd change the claw first. You need good dps but also good crit. Expensive but worth it. Then there's one ugly jewel up there.

And drop some reservation nodes in your tree to grab more dps. I don't think you need 18% reduced mana reservation.
Ok so for the claw I guess I'm going to wait since it's really expensive to have one >330 pDPS with higher AS and Crit Chance.

For the jewel, I guess you're talking about the Eagle Needle ? I picked this one because I lacked strength before and it was the best one I could find with enough Strength on it but you remind me that I could change it now, any idea of the stats I should prioritize on a new one ?

Finally, for the mana reservation, I guess I can take back the 6% one which is alone but the 2 other are necessary if I remember well.

As before, thanks for your answer :)

PS : How do I generate Power Charges ? The only way I have now is by doing criticals with OoS but it only has 13% crit chance so it almost never gives me charges and I only use this spell to apply the Elemental weakness on bosses because normal monsters die in one shot anyways so I don't really understand :/

For jewels, it's explained in the guide in the first page.

I started this build after converting most of my wealth to get a pair of skyforth, so not sure how well orb of storms works.

In theory, orb of storms can crit for every single hit separately in the contrary of other stuff like firestorm for example which is supposed to have a single crit roll. So it should give many charges even with low crit chance.
Trying this out in the 3.0 beta, do you think that going life is possible / would be better than CI because of the nerfs?

Well CI doesn't get vaal pact anymore.

So going life is what you gotta do.
Now that we are going life, has anyone come up with a different ascendency that works better with life, or is it still raider/pathfinder?
I gave up after having tried to make a good build with this skill because I thought it had a good potential, it was a piece of cake for big packs but a wet mop for single target. I am so happy to have found your build and I will definitely try it once the 3.0 comes out, please update ith with the new passive tree ! :) Thanks a lot for the job !

Im guessing PF is a big no-no. Alchemist nodes are in a very bad place for life builds. Raider could work but i think the ultimate answer is sword + shield berseker
.

Guys can I improve this any further? 9.4K es, 209k dps(with full buffs, 930k), resistances are 143-143-83(195-195-135 with wiseoak), crit chance 35(433multiplier). All these stats are in ho.

Thanks in advance!

Better claw (you have really bad crit chance). Also, your jewels should be 2x Multi for minmaxed purposes. Legacy ToH. Don't bother matching fire/cold res because once Oak + ToH goes up your cold is bumped past fire res. Legacy ToH is pretty huge in terms of physical damage mitigation.
