[3.4] LL Classic Summoner - Shaper/Elder/Guardian Farmer
" Glad you like the build! :) Also little tip: you can corrupt your purities, if you hit a 21 you can place that one in the prism guardian to push it to 23, the others stay in the +3 rings. ;) (they might also go down to 19, if you do not want to risk loosing some res for a while i'd lvl up some other purities gems in 2nd weapon set first) Last edited by xxWolf#7174 on Jan 29, 2018, 7:25:32 PM

First time playing this build, made it to maps and liking it so far, really helpful guide too.
However i think im having problems with ES, im level 73 with about 4k ES, i have all the required uniques and ES in most of the gear, not sure if its enough at that level, any suggestions? |

@AkiRyouichi
Real quick, you have some good areas to pick up ES: Divine your Shavs to 140% or more (it is 103 out of a possible 100-150!) Get flat ES on your socketed jewels-- you have only ES on 1 of 4 i think? Try to get ES on both rings, i know you need to keep up dex, but flat ES is really important too Push for Unnatural Calm right away, maybe even respec out of a zombie for now And the big ticket item is to save up for a Blessing of Chayula to upgrade the ammy Even without the ammy, i think you'd pick up 800-1000+ ES with those changes. At 87 I have 6612 ES using this guide. Hope that helps! Last edited by FeralGoddess#2607 on Jan 30, 2018, 12:53:54 PM

Thanks for the help, i changed some jewels, rerolled shavs and got to Unnatural Calm, got about 900 ES out of that and im level 80 now. Still feeling squishy, and trying to figure out the whole minion AI thing ( i have minion % chance to taunt on some jewels aswell) so i don't get hit as often and they actually attack things, and managed to get those fire cannibals too. Any other suggestions?

" Glad that helped! Some other things you may find helpful: The specters will attack pretty much everything on screen, but those zombies are really dumb and just stand around a lot. Try casting ball lightning in the direction you want them to go very frequently-- they will head that way and hopefully get an enemy in their (limited) aggro range. If you aren't already, practice "Cast and move, cast and move". You will avoid a ton of damage by simply not standing still. Sounds simplistic but it's very effective. Pop your defensive flasks *before* you need them. Need to be proactive, not reactive like with a life flask. Soon after you engage every big pack, ideally. Don't forget Vaal Discipline-- I don't use it as much as I should myself. Hope that helps, maybe someone else can chime in too, I'm not an expert :) Last edited by FeralGoddess#2607 on Feb 1, 2018, 12:40:02 AM

How do you think this version compares to the Vis Mortis life version currently out there? Also how is the Uber Atziri potential?

Have the Cannibal Fire-Eaters been removed? Ffs.

I am doing this build and I have some problems. I read over and over and did everything as described on guide. BUT,
- My ES wait too long to start regen. - I can't pass 5k ES - My resists are not OK. I can't change my life belt to crystall ES. Please help me thanks. My current passive tree " My items " |

" I think you already did a good job.^^ a few things i'd like to add: - If you pick up the "Faith and Steel"-Node (left side of the tree) you should not need the fire resist of your gloves any more, so you might be able to pick up some gloves with more ES. - the breakpoint for a basalt flask is 23% reduced charges used, yours has 22% reduced, so you can onl use it once without recharging (with 23%+ you can use it twice), getting a slightly better flask (cheap to buy or easy to roll) will especially help with physcial based bosses that take longer than 1 flask duration. - Your Shav's has still a kinda low roll, i would divine it again until it hits 140%+ increased energy shield (or at least 135%). - when the purities in your rings hit lvl 20 you will get even more max res. - for general map clear i'd recommend going for a spectre type with more range, like solar guards, flame sentinels or undying incinerators. they will kill most stuff before it can reach you. fire-eaters are meant to be used against the big guys like shaper and guardians. - the zombies are supposed to taunt bosses with the taunt jewels, i'd not invest any time trying to get them to taunt regular mobs, ranged spectres should obliterate them anyway before the first zombie realizes he has an attack move. |

" About Uber Atziri:
Spoiler
Personally i do not enjoy farming Uber Atziri, i think the Shaper fight is much more fun and drops enough stuff the fuel any stupid build idea that comes to my mind. that being said i did do uber witht he build in the past a few times and this is what i can say about it:
Trash and Vaals are a joke. Against trio you'll have to convocate you spectres in A'alai's (female) face, so they focus her, for that you should wait until she fires the rain somewhere so you have a time window to convocate in front of her. If spectres get bled too much by Q'ura (cyclone guy) they might die to him, which is not THAT bad, since you can log out and summon new spectres in the zone thanks to desecrate changes (place portal outside of the fight, resummoning spectres in there might get problematic). Uber Atziri herself can potentially kill your spectres too, so try to convocate them out of the double flameblast. Also make sure to NOT let them attack the mirror clone, for that reason (and because of their damage) i always used cannibal fire-eaters in the Alluring Abyss, ranged spectres might accidentally attack the mirror clone and kill themselves. Also make sure not to curse uber atziri with ele weakness unless you are ele weakness capped, since she will reflect the curses. Tl; dr: The build can definitely do Uber, but you might loose portals due to your spectres dying against trio or uber herself, if you are lookiung for an uber atziri farmer this is probably not the optimal build for it. About comparison to Vis Mortis Version: Since both builds can use any spectre and still be fully functional i will ignore spectre choice for this. Vis Mortis version Pros: - You need a lot less sockets for auras, so you will be able to fit some other stuff into the build like a CwDt-immortal call setup or a GMP for your Ball Lightning. - Since you do not need Midnight Bargain you can use a weapon you can shield charge or whirling blade with. (you could use a different weapon with Low Life evrsion too, but that would cost you a spectre) - Can go for MoM and a lot of block stuff like Stone of Lazhwar or Rathpith Globe. - Life based builds are generally a lot easier to get from the ground, since they are not as gear dependent and do not need things like Shav's to enable the build, so if you are looking for a cheap leaguestarter, this is is probably the better alternative. - The ability to use life flasks is especially nice for newer players, since acting reactive is a lot easier than acting proactive. Low Life Pros: - While it might be harder to get high amounts of total ES, getting your resists is incredibly easy thanks to the purity auras. - While you can not use shield charge (unless you wanted to drop a spectre) you do have much more Cast Speed than the Vis mortis version, since you run a hase aura and get a large bonus from the commander of darkness node, this makes playing the build a lot smoother imo and often saves you in situations where you do not want to be locked in a cast animation. - You can use more utility flasks instead of life flasks. This does not matter to players who do not use their flasks proactively anyway, but if used properly a resist or basalt flask can mititgate much more damage than a life flask can heal. - You have access to Vaal Discipline, which lets you rush through maps without caring too much about your ES, especially when combined with flasks. - Purity Auras and Arctic Armour boost your Effective HP by a large amount (with 82% elemental res you take 28% less elemental damage than the vis mortis version). - You can easily stack large amounts of chaos resistance, epsecially with Presence of Chayula. You will notice that once you get past ~10-20% positive chaos resistance most chaos damage in the game becomes trivial. This list is by no means complete, that is just what came to my mind at the time of me writing this, so everyone please feel free to state you opinion at this. :) Last edited by xxWolf#7174 on Feb 3, 2018, 3:28:07 PM
