Any suggestions on how to craft this ring further? I Alt spammed to get the t1 wed/int, then regaled the low flat ES. Should I just yolo it at this point or remove the es % and craft a bad suffix or something to block when I yolo?

I wouldn't want to risk exalting another prefix and blocking any ES% rolls.

You could use Elreon and multimod it for ES% and a guaranteed Resist/Dex/Acc or whatever 3rd suffix you'd want. That could get pretty expensive if you roll a bad ES% and need to redo it. Or you just yolo and hope for the best.

Even if you got two bad rolls, it's still a beastly ring.

I think your right and its probably too expensive to be worth it to multi mod the ring and risk a lower ES roll, just for a 25% resist. Ill probably exalt it once since there are just two suffix rolls open.
Thanks for the input, yeah I was pretty excited when the alteration rolled that.

Man I lucked out on this exalt, don't think I'm going to risk another :) -

Very nice. Why stop now? Unless you're saving the Ex for other upgrades, the worst that happens is it doesn't get any better. Or you get could another resist, accuracy, dexterity, few really good possibilities.

Nice exalt. Last night I went to exalt my boots to get flat ES and forgot to remove crafted flat es. I am not a smart man.

Edit ** Just exalted life on my gloves too. Destroying my gear one ex at a time.

I bought that belt as WED and tri-res. Exalted looking for a nice flat ES roll. Did not get.

Guess it could have been worse t7 accuracy.
Great guide! Detailed enough for my liking to understand all the mechanics and tweaks to know how to upgrade when I want to.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write this one down I'll gladly give this a try!

I only have 6% crit chance.
Do you use any skill to trigger elemental overload?
Can anyone help me with upgrades? :X im not sure what i should upgrade next. I have around 10 ex budget, i posted my gear on previous page.

Im new to PoE would rly appreciate any help i dont want to spend my currency on sth not important.

I could really use some advice with my gear. I'm kind of at a loss as to what would be the best thing to replace. I'm broke at the moment, i have about 3 to 4 exalts worth of currency. The rings, belts, and amulets that im seeing in a lot of post here are difficult to find on PoE.trade. I have around 46k tooltip dps with 7 frenzy charges. Is that acceptable damage at my level? Should I replace Astramentis with a rare amulet?

I've also managed to 6 link my chest piece with 20 fuses... lucky me.

That gear is crap,i'd vendor all of it and start from scratch.

Okay thanks for the tip. Should I vendor my currency tab too? :P

Naaah you can keep it.
I was attempting to make a joke, your gear is great. If you have 5+ ex a piece to upgrade you could min max everything but there is no reason to imo.

I think the intent of not stacking crit is because you have so many shots going off while using GMP that the idea is you'll crit with at least one of them every 8 seconds.
This is by far one of my favorite builds I have ever played in PoE. Firstly let me say thank you for sharing such a fun and easy to follow build with us!!

I just broke the 1000 INT threshold, and noticed I still have a few pieces of gear without INT so I wanted to ask for your input/advice:

Currently I am using:

I have overcapped res (so can safely run Ele weakness even without Purity of Elements) thanks to 2x all resist+dual resist jewels in skill tree.

Do you guys think it would be best to upgrade my Chest Armor to a 6L with similar ES and INT, or do the resists on mine suffice for not having INT? I feel like my rings and belt are pretty badeph :(

I use the crit enchant on my boots to keep elemental overload up more consistently since it's a massive DPs boost.

I gotcha :P Yup, after reading around that's the conclusion I came to. I'm still a little new to this game... I've played in the past but not like I am now.

I'm going to be saving up for a nice tri-res t1 WeD crystal belt for now. I still feel like my ES pool is low. Sitting at 7.8k atm. Could squeeze a little bit more ES on better boots, but I think what I really need is % max es on my rings. Managing Resist is a pain when upgrading, I have to upgrade both rings at the same time to keep myself (barely) capped unless I get lucky and find one with the exact same resist types and values.

BTW... I respc'd to Mathil's passive tree (like another poster on this thread) and I have to say its a lot more comfortable. I gained quite a bit of damage, more ES, and I have 89% Chance To Hit (4-ish % gain). Best of all after getting my chest 6 linked i was having a lot of mana issues... With Mathil's tree I can sustain whirling blades spam without a mana flask even at 6+ frenzy charges and I no longer need to mana pot when I get to a pack. I definitely recommend respecing if you are having some mana issues... the extra damage is nice too :P I did however keep all the duelist leech nodes.

Note : You will need a 3rd Fertile Mind Jewel for the slot to the left of Vaal Pact.

Mathil's Tree :
