1. Craft something useful on your topaz ring...flat ES or % ES depending on your budget.
2. 20Q your boots
2. Get a crystal belt (if u got the lvl for it), if not, get a nice res+wed belt.
3. Try get astramentis.
4. Yolo your gloves and pray for resist.

Your gems are like lvl 17, most of them no or low quality, this does quite alot.
Astramentis does alot of dmg too.
Your howa could be upgraded for a dmg boost too.
You dont have any int on chest.
No int on belt.
No clue of your jwls but i would assume ur missing out on quite alot of dmg buffs there too and skill tree boost alot dps also once u hit lvl 85+

I could really use some advice with my gear. I'm kind of at a loss as to what would be the best thing to replace. I'm broke at the moment, i have about 3 to 4 exalts worth of currency. The rings, belts, and amulets that im seeing in a lot of post here are difficult to find on PoE.trade. I have around 46k tooltip dps with 7 frenzy charges. Is that acceptable damage at my level? Should I replace Astramentis with a rare amulet?
I've also managed to 6 link my chest piece with 20 fuses... lucky me.
That gear is crap,i'd vendor all of it and start from scratch.
Okay thanks for the tip. Should I vendor my currency tab too? :P

Any suggestions on how to craft this ring further? I Alt spammed to get the t1 wed/int, then regaled the low flat ES. Should I just yolo it at this point or remove the es % and craft a bad suffix or something to block when I yolo?

I wouldn't want to risk exalting another prefix and blocking any ES% rolls.
You could use Elreon and multimod it for ES% and a guaranteed Resist/Dex/Acc or whatever 3rd suffix you'd want. That could get pretty expensive if you roll a bad ES% and need to redo it. Or you just yolo and hope for the best.
Even if you got two bad rolls, it's still a beastly ring.

I think your right and its probably too expensive to be worth it to multi mod the ring and risk a lower ES roll, just for a 25% resist. Ill probably exalt it once since there are just two suffix rolls open.

Nice exalt. Last night I went to exalt my boots to get flat ES and forgot to remove crafted flat es. I am not a smart man.
Edit ** Just exalted life on my gloves too. Destroying my gear one ex at a time.
