How do you proc Mastermind of discord 25% fire penetration? CWDT does not proc it and in your gem setup, you do not have any useable lightning gems.

You don't bother unless it's a hard boss - on which you swap out of cwdt+ball lightning and use orb of storms (+empower) instead, it will give you 100% uptime. Alternatively, use a vaal lightning trap.

hi its the first time im posting in this forum and yeah, how do i improve my witch? im lvl 90 and i can face tank chimera but thats all... what am i doing wrong? compared to the minotaur video, its like im tickling him or sth.. help anyone?

Bad chest, no astramentis/doedre's for 3rd curse, missing black sun crest, missing a ton of int on your gear. I'm suprised you can even kill chimera tbh. Have a look at my profile to see what you can improve (go for astramentis+doedre ring if you cannot find a good +1 curse corrupted neck with lots of int)

Hmm my curse dont casting from my chest cast then dmg taken - curse on hit - baal lightining - enfeemble - ice nova. baal lightining and ice nova casting then mobs hiting me but curse dont working ((

Can't answer as your profile is private. I have a feeling your curse is to low level (below cwdt treshold) - level it higher and it should fix itself. Remember to keep your cast on damage taken on level 1 and your ball lightning on level 4.

Alright thanks, also, why Ice Golem instead of Lightning Golem? On one hand you could proc Mastermind of Discord by casting the Lightning golem, it gives use cast speed which means faster turn. Ice Golem gives us crit chance that we don't really need.

A matter of preference I suppose. Turn speed is unimportant as icestorm always casts at mouse position - and while crit chance is not that good, it is better than nothing. I'm not so sure about casting a golem to just proc mastermind, too. I mean with orb of storms you have 100% uptime on it on the hard content.

i just randomly 6l'd a WI and wondered if theres any use for this. So my question is what would i put in my 6l WI if i want to do Scorching Ray cwc Wi?

Wouldn't even try, or rather, you put in the same things, but your mana cost will be fairly high compared to 3/4 link, so you kinda fucked yourself. IMO sell the staff buy a new one :)
Hi, i've just seen this build and i'm pretty interrested in it but i would like to know for the gears and gems setup if i should follow the build one or falagar one. What are the principle difference between them and wich one is more viable for endgame content ?
Thanks in advance

His build relies on ES passives, dps curse and dps passives to get the surviveability and dps up.
Mine runs pure INT for dps/surviveability, and 3 defensive curses (1 more as OP)

Mine reaches bigger numbers and is the safer option - and is a little easier on required lab enchants imo, I've done a lot of testing and started out as OP build as well.

I'm getting almost twice the tooltip dps of OP, but I do have less ES (but have enfeeble/temp chains to make up for it - with those and flasks, shaper smash hits for 5.4k)

As for endgame - the best option is playing my build but playing it on an inquisitor instead. You won't get reflect immunity but its ascendancies are better for facetanking guardians/shaper.

You can play my build on elementalist (reflect immunity, can facetank atziri mirror), scion (hardest to gear but best INT), inquisitor (best boss killer) and berserker (hard to get ES up, but quite good if you can)

Picking between those classes is purely a matter of preference, I preferred not having to reroll so many maps, so went with elementalist, with this class you can run every map mod in game (though I would still avoid no leech!) - the other classes are a little trickier and you have to skip ele reflect maps.

Last but not least, if you do decide on OP his build, take the unwavering stance beta build.

If you decide on mine, my profile is public - and feel free to ask questions.

Thank you for replying, i'm more interrested in your build, but you said that you have less es does it mean that you can eventually get one-shot or is it still safe to play ?

I found it safer then OP build after I respecced myself. I went down from 11 to 9k ES but you gain 30%+ less damage taken from enfeeble, and have temporal chains to make dodging those very few things that can still oneshot you even easier. And with those things I mean things like vulnerability malachai core smash etc, where 11k ES wouldn't prevent getting oneshot either :)

I also gained like 300 int in the progress (from 1300 to almost 1600 now) so just for that dps alone it was totally worth the swap.

My build is safe enough for hall of the grandmasters even, as long as you don't hit mull_gubben (remove cast when channel basically) :D
I decided to use your build and it's going great so far but i have a few questions about it

Why do we use flame dash instead of leap slam ?
Wouldn't leap slam be better for clearing because we're not limited ?

I suppose that for bosses combats we replace increased area of effect gem by concentrated effect gem

Concerning flasks, wouldn't be a flask of immunity of ignite or shock be more beneficial than against curses ?

Sorry i started the game not long ago so i lack knowledge
Thanks in advance

Leap Slam vs Flame Dash is personal preference, pick whatever you want to use. Leap Slam can be a little more annoying to color (more offcolors)

You always run conc effect gem, the only place I use increased area instead is hall of the grandmasters (if its still in my gear, that is why)

Flasks with curse immune are for atziri, she reflects the curses you do, and you don't want to fight her with temp chains reflected, so you bring curse immune flasks.

edit:

yea i did a halls last, so ignore the increased area, you can run conc effect for everything else including map clearing.

I can get CWDT to trigger ball lightning or whatever other spell, but that spell never triggers Curse on Hit + Curse... am I doing something wrong?

Your curse needs to be high enough level that it cannot be triggered by the CWDT.
U MAD?
Hi, Will you be doing a Unwavering Stance version tree progression?
