Also im lvl 50 atm but holy hell its extremely dangerous to play like i can kill stuff fast super fast but the fact that i dont have any hp node taken but only ES its pretty bad lol since chaos/poison goes through ES until i havent picked up CI so until lvl 68 i gotta play extremely careful cause i already ripped once lol at lvl 44

On softcore just deal with it, sewer areas are kinda dangerous, agreed!
On hardcore, I would just spec into some life nodes to start with and then respec into CI+ES at 68.
Seeking help with my gear. I am afraid I have succumbed to the appeal of too many uniques that supply +all stats. I have a sad ES value of <4k. 149, 129, and 72 for resists, 378 armor and 843 evasion rating. I haven't dipped into yellow maps yet but I am afraid to even look at red maps. Any tips to get me out of my current gear hell?
Also if anybody wants to take a crack at my passive tree I may off gone off and done my own thing. I hate getting stunned so I plan on going down to Unwavering Stance. If I can squeeze the points I would probably like to also get Vaal Pact and Zealot's Oath if possible.

As the build state, get a maximum ES with boots, gloves, chest and belt. Cheap and appropriate gear will get you to the 7k es point.
Get Astramentis amulet if you have budget, use perandus or doedre's signet.
As for WI, leave that 5 link and get a proper 6s4l (As far as i know you can delete 5s5l).
I do not see any game changer in your tree, as a level 73 it do not matters that much but you will eventually remove unoptimized points. This is the tree i would get as a base at level 83, then you can get celestial node for damage and coherted calculation for intel.

You are so all over the place and your dps is rather low (as in, reaaaaaally low)

Ok i dont get it do i use elemental focus or controled destruction????

Fire pen doesn't work on scorching ray, so if you feel like gambling colors/links, you can remove that (from the links) and save a little mana. Shouldn't matter though!
